The Ministry of Justice included four legal entities of journalists who were previously recognized by the media, “foreign agents” in the register of “foreign Agents”. This was done according to their appeals, the department reports .

The list includes Altair 2021, Chamomile Monolith, Editor -in -Greek 2021, Vega 2021.

Altair 2021 was created by the former journalist of Open Media Maxim Glykin, Vega 2021 - ex -employee of the same publication Ilya Rozhdestvensky, "editor -in -chief 2021" - former editor -in -chief of "Open Media" by Julia Yarosh, "Monolithic chamomiles" were created by former journalists of the project "Yulia Lukyyanova, Sonya Groysman, Maria Zheleznova, Olga Churakova And Peter Manyakhin. All of them were recognized by the media-links that perform the functions of "foreign agents".

According to the law, “foreign agents” are obliged to register the created legal entities within a month from the date of creation or from the moment of introduction of individuals in the list of “foreign agents”.

"In this case, we are talking about the conscientious fulfillment of the requirements of the law specified by citizens established for persons included in the register and aimed at improving the information transparency of their activities," the Ministry of Justice said in a statement.
