What parties do the richest candidates go to the elections from? Rating of political thicknesses

The New Gazeta studied the declarations of candidates included in federal lists from 14 parties and made sure that the richest were members of United Russia: 357 candidates of 395 passing according to the federal list. In general, four parliamentary parties are out of competition in the number of millionaires, everyone else significantly loses to them.

We give the top 10 richest candidates and three leaders in this nomination in each party.

Ten candidates with the largest income

The rating of the 10 most wealthy candidates included representatives of four parties: United Russia, Fair Russia, New People and Party of Growth. The ruling party leads in the list. So, in the top ten, four united Russia-billionaires hit at once.

First place

Andrey Gorokhov, income - 7.5 billion rubles.

In the past, Gorokhov is a deputy of the Kaliningrad Regional Duma, in the past - a doctor of economic sciences (in April this year he was deprived of his doctoral status), but in the present - the owner of a large pharmaceutical company “Infamed K2”. In many ways, it was she who made him such a rich man. But there are other sources of income: the Western branch of the RANEPA, JSC Opening Broker, the pharmaceutical company Megainfarm GMBH and IP Gorokhov A.Yu..

Gorokhov also declared five land plots, one house, three apartments and 13 real estate objects. At the same time, one land plot and one apartment at the richest candidate are in Austria. It has been known about the property of the deputy in Europe for a long time, but at first he did not want to talk about him. So, in 2013, when Andrei Gorokhov fought for a chair in the Kaliningrad Regional Duma, in his declaration there was no information about property in Austria, as well as shares in Austrian companies. Later, this still became clear, and the future deputy then the Kaliningrad Regional Duma promised to associate his life only with Russia.

It can be assumed that if Andrei Gorokhov retains his income, he will become a deputy and in his sources of income will also appear Duma salaries and privileges, then he will be one of the richest people in power structures.

Second place

Andrey Kovalev, income - 6.7 billion rubles.

Andrei Kovalev is a candidate from the Fair Russia party. He submitted the declaration, but recently refused to participate in the elections - accidentally bought shares of Fix Price foreign company. In an interview with the Rain TV channel (recognized as an in agent), he said that he did not think that the company was not Russian. The former candidate has many sources of income: PJSC VTB Bank, Aryanda-S Company JSC, the first in Russia Association of Support for Small Business and Central Business Universum, LLC Estate Grebnevo, All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Copyright Society”, Radio “RU FM”, PJSC Sberbank, LLC SMOUK, IC IC IC Pioneer ". Andrei Kovalev also declared 367 land plots, one residential building and two apartments. Separately, it is worth saying about the candidate's love for motorcycles - he has five of them at once. Third place

Alexey Nechaev, income - 4.4 billion rubles.

Alexey Nechaev is the leader of the New People party. He has few declared sources of income: Faberlik JSC, VTB Bank and MFC LLC MCC. At the same time, there is neither lands, nor houses, nor apartments, nor cars, according to the declaration,.

Fourth place

Alexander Knyazev, income - 1.8 billion rubles.

Another billionaire deputy from United Russia, Alexander Knyazev, is the secretary of the Khokhol branch of the ruling party in the Voronezh region. According to the declaration, it was helped by the Voronezh Regional Duma, VTB Bank, and Central Market LLC to receive such a large amount. At the same time, he is also the head of the peasant farm. Alexandra Knyazev, in general, has long been drawn to farming and land-he took fifth place in the list of the largest deputies of landowners in Russia, according to Forbes.

Fifth place

Leonid Simanovsky, income - 1.5 billion rubles.

Leonid Simanovsky, the current deputy from United Russia, goes to the polls again from this party. Back in October 2020, he entered the list of the richest civil servants, according to Forbes. Judging by the declaration, it has six sources of income: the first, like most candidates, is the apparatus of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, then Levit LLC, the Pension Fund of Russia, PJSC Pramsvyazbank, PJSC VTB Bank, and Sberbank PJSC. We declared two land plots, two houses, two Mercedes Benz and two boats.

Sixth place

Vladimir Guriev, income - 1.1 billion rubles.

It also represents the ruling party. The candidate’s revenue sources - 16. It has 30 land plots, three residential buildings, three vehicles, including Porsche and Mersedes Benz, as well as 16 more real estate. At the same time, he is still the president of the Alania football club from Vladikavkaz.

Seventh place

Bekhan Agaev, income - 937 million rubles.

Bekhan Agaev is also a candidate from United Russia. Almost a billion earned thanks to Yug-Nefteproduct LLC, Sberbank PJSC, Alfabank JSC and Sarenoti LTD. The Agaev family is known to Russian politics. So, Bekhan’s father, Vakhi Agayev, who died in September 2020, was a deputy of the State Duma from the Communist Party and at the same time was friends with the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov. Their joint photos are in the public domain. The company of the Agayev "South Nefteprodukt" played an important role in the export of oil from Chechnya.

Eighth place

Igor Soldatov, income - 579 million rubles.

The candidate represents a "Growth Party." Soldatov, according to the declaration, receives income from three IP: “Kodintsev V.I.”, “Rusakov S.V.” and "Soldatov I.V.". In addition, he declared 10 land plots, five special vehicles, one truck and one Lexus.

Ninth place

Anton Nemkin, income - 569 million rubles.

Anton Nemkin is the last member of United Russia, who fell into the ten most wealthy candidates.

The declaration indicated 14 sources of income, among which there is both IP and Alfa-Bank JSC, Tver estimate LLC, Alfa-Capital Management Company LLC, Kuban Credit KB. But at the same time he did not declare either apartments or houses. The main thing that the millionaire is known to the people is promises to make a cellular connection affordable.

Tenth place

Alexey Zverev, income - 514 million rubles.

The former deputy of the City Duma of Volgograd Alexei Zverev from the “Growth Party” is closed by the ten most wealthy candidates. The sources of income indicate several IP, as well as Sberbank PJSC. It has only one land plot and four apartments. Since 2016, Alexei Zverev has been mentioned in the media in connection with a scandal around the case of fraud in car insurance.

Millionaries of parties

There are wealthy candidates in each of the 14 parties. But most millionaires are in the United Russia party: 357 candidates of 395.

"United Russia"

The three leaders among the united Russian millionaires who did not fall into the general list of the most wealthy candidates included:

1. Ramzan Kadyrov , income - 381.2 million rubles.

2. Ruslan Magomedov , income - 348.8 million rubles.

3. Mikhail Bogatov , income - 192.8 million rubles.

Mikhail Bogatov received his income from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, PJSC Sberbank, IP "Bogatov M.A." and IP "Bogatov A.S.". The candidate also declared four land plots, one residential building, an apartment and 36 cars and trailers.

The head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, in addition to sources of income that are associated with the regional management, declared two more land plots and one apartment.

Ruslan Magomedov in the line “Revenue sources” indicated Ecology LLC, VTB Bank PJSC, its own IP, apparatus of the State Council of the Komi Republic, Sberbank PJSC. The candidate has four land plots, plus one apartment, a Porsche car and another 25 other real estate objects.

In addition to United Russia, three more parties are distinguished by a large number of millionaire candidates: “Fair Russia”, “LDPR” and “Communist Party”.

"Fair Russia"

In “Fair Russia”, 190 candidates indicated millions of income. The three leaders in the party composed:

1. Alexander Babakov , income - 484 million rubles.

2. Almir Mikheev , income 259 - million rubles.

3. Andrey Pavlov , income - 171.8 million rubles.

Alexander Babakov in the State Duma has been more than once: in the fourth, fifth and sixth convocation. During this time, he managed to leave the Fair Russia party and return. Now he is a senator from the Tambov region. Three sources-three: Sberbank PJSC, apparatus of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and JSC SG-Trans. In a personal disposal, it has two land plots and two apartments.

Almir Mikheev, who took second place in Fair Russia, heads the party’s department in Tatarstan, receives money from 12 different sources, including the apparatus of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan. The candidate also declared six land plots and demonstrated a love of motorcycles, boats and snowmobiles.

As for the latter - Andrei Pavlov, the income was brought to him by LLC “House of Clothing”, LLC “Thomas Munz Rus” and his own IP.

Communist Party

The next party in the number of millionaires is the Communist Party. Million income in it was indicated by 212 people. The richest:

1. Vladimir Bolotsky , income - 279 million rubles.

2. Roman Lyabikhov , income - 98 million rubles.

3. Ivan Babich , income - 59 million rubles.

Vladimir Bolotsky in the sources indicated the State Duma and several banks: VTB, “Opening Finance Corporation”, “Unicreditbank” and Sberbank. At the same time, the representative of the Communist Party of the Communist Party, which is distinguished by its patriotism, declared land in the UK.

Roman Lyabikhov received his income from 13 different sources. Among them, just like that of his richer colleague, there is Sberbank PJSC, VTB Bank and PJSC FC Otkritie. The candidate declared seven land plots.

Ivan Babich receives funds from Mobile Technologies LLC, VTB Bank and Alfa-Bank. At the same time, not a single apartment or land plot has officially does not have a candidate.

LDPR

In the LDPR party - 127 millionaires. Most of all earned:

1. Sergey Zhigarev - 294.8 million rubles.

2. Boris Paykin - 70 million rubles.

3. Vladimir Koshelev - 66 million rubles.

At the same time, Sergey Zhigarev and Vladimir Koshelev in 2020 distinguished themselves not only by big income. The first sued Radio Liberty (recognized as an ino -agent), and the second - with the OFAS. Zhigarev sued the Material “Radio Liberty” about the alleged connection with the fashion model and as if it had to support corruption in the city of Shcherbinka. He won, and the media demanded to remove. As for the sources of the candidate's income, they were brought to him by the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, PJSC VTB Bank and Sberbank PJSC.

His party colleague Boris Paykin did not distinguish with scandals in the press, and he earned less - 70 million rubles. The first source of income is also the apparatus of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

The last place in the Troika of the LDPR was fixed for Vladimir Koshelev. He received his millions from the company SZ Koshelev - Project Samara and the Samara Provincial Duma. But the deputy has many difficulties with the company: in 2019, the OFAS became interested in the corporation’s contract for the construction of gardens and schools in the Volzhsky district of Samara.

The following parties that are close to each other in the number of millionaires seeking to occupy the deputy’s chair are the Party of Pensioners and the “Growth Party”.

"Growth Party"

In the “Growth Party”, 111 people declared income with six zeros.

The three leaders included:

1. Igor Malykhin , income - 109.5 million rubles.

2. Boris Titov , income - 77 million rubles.

3. Victor Zvagelsky , income - 38.2 million rubles.

Revenues to Igor Malykhin came from PJSC Oil Company Rosneft, LLC NPF Modul, LLC SK Navigator and its own individual entrepreneur. Two companies Malykhina - Module and Navigator - specialize in equipment for oil production.

Boris Titov is the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs. In the sources of income, he indicated Abrau-Durso CJSC, Sberbank PJSC, Rosbank PJSC, MGIMO and the Office of the President of the Russian Federation.

Viktor Zvagelsky, appointed by the executive co -chair of the Center for Public Procedures “Business Against Corruption”, received income from DMIS LLC, TD DMS LLC, Major Kar Plus LLC, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, IP Kalinina N.Yu.

Party of pensioners

In the Party of Pensioners, millionaires are slightly less - 103 people. They distinguished themselves with their income:

1. Igor Syachkov - 88.4 million rubles.

2. Vladimir Taskaev - 34.8 million rubles.

3. Yuri Mirzoev - 33 million rubles.

Despite large incomes, Igor Sachkov indicated only one of their source - LLC Spetsproekt. Sachkov, according to the declaration, lives, one might even say, modestly: has one apartment and one car - though Lexus.

In the last member of the LDPR party, millions brought their own IP and PJSC VTB Bank. In the declaration, he indicated two land plots, two residential buildings and one car.

The third millionaire of the party-Yuri Mirzoev-receives money from six sources: VTB Bank, the National Legal Company Mitra, Sberbank, LLC Voskhod FudS and the Action-MCFER media group. Has two apartments.

In the party "Yabloko" and "new people" of millionaires are not as many as in the party of pensioners. Only 70 and 73, respectively.

"Apple"

Leaders in Yabloko became:

1. Igor Pleshkov , income - 58 million rubles.

2. Vladimir Dorokhov , income - 43 million rubles.

3. Oleg Mandrykin , income - 26 million rubles.

Igor Pleshkov is a Kaliningrad businessman. The candidate has 16 sources - 16, and he also declared 10 land plots, two residential buildings and one apartment in Germany, but in joint ownership.

Vladimir Dorokhov earned on two sources: JSC “Investment Company“ Finam ”and“ Tula regional branch of the Political Party “Rodp Yabloko”. At the same time, the candidate did not declare any property.

The latter in the three - Oleg Mandrykin - indicated in the declaration five sources of income, four land plots, two apartments and two cars.

"New people"

In the New People party, income leaders earned a little more than in the Yabloko party.

1. Amir Khamitov - 195 million rubles.

2. Andrey Lesyaev - 35 million rubles.

3. Alexander Yarov - 22.5 million rubles.

Amir Khamitov has four land plots, two cars and three motorcycles. There are only three sources of income: LLC “Management Company NKS”, LLC NPO Mobile Card, Alfa-Bank JSC.

Andrei Lesiaev declared five sources: “NIC immunology and allergology”, LLC “Bolithon”, PJSC Sberbank and the Institute of Organic Chemistry N.D. Zelinsky.

Closes the top three Alexander Yarov. The candidate has nine sources, among them - PJSC VTB Bank. It has three land plots, a house and three apartments, one of which is in Montenegro.

After “Yabloko” and “new people”, by the number of candidates receiving millions to their accounts, the Green, Rodina and Civil Platform parties go. They have 62, 52 and 45 millionaires, respectively.

"Green"

In the Green party in the first place in income:

1. Shamalev Andrey - 35 million rubles.

2. Natalya Altynikova - 31 million rubles.

3. Sergey Baglykov - 28 million rubles.

The only source of Shmalev’s income is its own IP. At the same time, despite the millionth earnings, the declaration does not contain information, for example, about the apartment.

Natalya Altynikova received income from the IRSO RAO FGBNU, an autonomous non-profit organization of additional professional education “Enlightenment-Stolitsa” and ANO RCPNSP “Initiative”. Altynikova has a land plot and three apartments.

Sergei Baglykov has only one source of income - his own IP. At the same time, the candidate has seven land plots, four houses and four apartments.

"Homeland"

TOP in the Rodina party open:

1. Igor Borisov , income - 92 million rubles.

2. Vitaly Prokhorov , income - 54 million rubles.

3. Oleg Pakhalkov , income - 50 million rubles.

Sources of Borisov: LLC Construction Company STM-141, which he owns, Tinkoff Bank and BCS company. The candidate also declared two land plots and two houses.

Vitaly Prokhorov received income from IP "Prokhorov V.S.".

"Civil platform"

In the party "Civil Platform" the richest became:

1. Victor Statsenko , income - 29 million rubles.

2. Alexander Gabitov , income - 20.9 million rubles.

3. Rifat Shaikhutlinov , income - 18.8 million rubles.

Sources of Statsenko - PJSC Sberbank of Russia and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. The candidate has 11 land plots, one residential building and six apartments.

His party colleague Alexander Gabitov declared 21 apartment. In the sources of income, the Publishing House "Publishing House" Peter ", the regional association of employers" Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Leningrad Region "and the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy.

The third member of the Civil Platform, Rifat Shaikhutlinov, who is already working in the State Duma, receives income from the State Duma apparatus, Sberbank PJSC and LLC Universal Financial System.

In parties with the smallest number of wealthy candidates, the Green Alternative, the Party of Freedom and Justice and the Party of the Communists of Russia became.

"Freedom and justice"

In “Freedom and Justice”, only 34 candidates declared millions of income. At the top of the list:

1. Dmitry Moiseev , income - 62 million rubles.

2. German Klimenko , income - 15 million rubles.

3. Maxim Shinggarkin , income - 10 million rubles.

Dmitry Moiseev received his millions from Tinkoff Bank, the Legislative Assembly of the Tver Region and LLC Association of the Aggregate.

German Klimenko, who once former Vladimir Putin on the development of the Internet, indicated only two sources of income - his own IP and ZDYUS LLC.

Maxim Shigarkin, who took third place, received his 10 million rubles from PJSC Sberbank and his own IP. A car is indicated from the property in the declaration.

Но несмотря на наличие миллионеров в партии, «Свободу и справедливость» можно считать совсем небогатой: больше половины кандидатов указали в декларации нулевой доход.

"Communists of Russia"

В партии «Коммунисты России» миллионный доход указал 31 кандидат.

Первые в списке:

1. Сергей Воробьев , доход — 30 млн руб.

2. Максим Сурайкин , доход — 7 млн руб.

3. Андрей Литвинов , доход — 5,8 млн руб.

У Сергея Воробьева в декларации — восемь источников доходов, а также один земельный участок, две квартиры и один дом.

Его коллега Максим Сурайкин, председатель партии «Коммунисты России» и депутат Заксобрания Ульяновской области, указал в декларации также восемь источников доходов. Несколько лет назад Сурайкин был депутатом КПРФ. В 2018 году он также боролся за должность на президентских выборах и по итогам голосования занял седьмое место.

Андрей Литвинов — летчик Аэрофлота — принимает участие в выборах впервые. В интервью «Новой газете» он сказал, что сам попросил поддержки у партии. Источников доходов у кандидата два: Пенсионный фонд РФ и ПАО «Аэрофлот».

«Зеленая Альтернатива»

На последнем месте — партия «Зеленая Альтернатива». В ней всего 20 кандидатов-миллионеров. Тройку лидеров там составили:

1. Олег Загуменников , доход — 35,7 млн руб.

2. Виктория Дайнеко , доход — 12,9 млн руб.

3. Диана Омарова , доход — 9,2 млн руб.

Большим количеством домов или имущества самые богатые кандидаты от этой партии не отличаются. Так, у Олега Загуменникова всего два источника доходов: ООО «ЖЗ-Транс» и ООО «САС Автоматика», также в его декларации фигурируют два земельных участка, две квартиры и одна машина.

Виктория Дайнеко не задекларировала никакого имущества. Зато у нее есть пять источников доходов: собственное ИП, Пенсионный Фонд РФ, ПАО «Банк ВТБ», ПАО «Сбербанк» и ИП «Ковалева Л.С.».

Диана Омарова получила свой доход от Пенсионного фонда РФ, собственного ИП, ПАО «Сбербанк», а также «Тинькофф Банка».
