Well, what can I say! The cultural capital is a cultural capital. Therefore, do not be surprised that the level of creative thinking here as a whole, of course, is higher than the national average. Last weekend, St. Petersburg opened a new page in domestic political technological practice.

The focus with the clone of the election candidate has long been known and in native electoral expanses is used often and everywhere. The technology is simple: there is a complete namesake of a policy against which the provocation is started, registered and entered into the ballot box. The goal is clear - to confuse voters, bite off part of the votes of the opponent. But in St. Petersburg, this scenario was not just modernized, but actually completely rewritten.

In the northern capital, they did not bother with the search for the namesake of the famous opposition deputy Boris Lazarevich Vishnevsky in the city, but simply changed the names and surnames of the two performers of this, frankly, shameful role. And now, a certain Viktor Bykov, now miraculously turned around Boris Ivanovich Vishnevsky, and Alexei Shmelev became Boris Gennadievich Vishnevsky. But this is not all - both radically changed their appearance. Now they, imitating Boris Lazarevich, wear short beards, and earlier, as the media write, they walked exclusively smoothly shaved.

No, you just think about these people (and they are far from young men) have families, probably children, relatives, friends. And suddenly, for no reason, this whole booth with a global change in identity is being started. That is, motivation should be very significant. So who are these amazing people? One of them (in girlhood Viktor Ivanovich Bykov) works as an assistant vice speaker of the local legislative assembly by Sergey Solovyov, and the other is simply in some kind of commercial structure.

In this electoral cycle, the electoral fate of this Boris Vishnevsky is very difficult. He was first removed from the elections, then restored it, and now they put up two clowns against the respected deputy, who, according to the idea of ​​the St. Petersburg authorities, should put an impassable barrier in the way of Boris Lazarevich even in the Legislative Assembly, even to the State Duma. In this situation, it remains only to wish victory to one of the most popular St. Petersburg politicians.

From St. Petersburg we will transfer to Nevinnomyssk. In this southern city, a company entitled "Wolinertraid" is registered. So on September 3, this company filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration Court with a demand to protect its exclusive rights to the Smart Voting trademark. The case will be considered only in November, but the court decided to prohibit the Google and Yandex search engines “to use the designation“ smart voting ”in the search results as one of the main words of the search.

You will be surprised, but the third party in the process is Roskomnadzor. Well, that is, no policy, no elections, there is a classic dispute between “two business entities”, if you have not yet forgotten this phrase. And if you suddenly dare to assume that this provocation is embedded by the old threads exclusively with the aim of preventing voters to use a “smart vote” in the upcoming elections, then this will be ugly on your part. It is clear that the commercial company "Wolintertraid" has nothing to do with the elections.

If you take a closer look at both of these plots, then a lot in common is found. First of all, of course, a fraudulent approach to solving the problem. Well, what did you expect? We are dealing with crooks and thieves.
