The Kuibyshevsky District Court of St. Petersburg extended the detention of YouTube blogger Yuri Khovansky until October 8. This is reported in the telegram channel of the support group.
Blogger and assistant to Duma deputy Yuri Khovansky is accused of justifying terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code) because of a song about hostage-taking during the musical Nord-Ost. Since June 10, he has been in jail.
On the eve of the meeting, Khovansky's girlfriend, Maria Nelyubova, reported pressure on him in the detention center, as well as the loss of money after the search, which took place on June 8.
