
Epivaccoron is the most controversial vaccine that was created in Russia to protect against Covid-19. Now more than one million people are already vaccinated with this vaccine, and more than 3.4 million doses have been produced [ 1 ]. The newspaper of the TRV-hobby already wrote about the problems associated with this vaccine [ 2 , 3 , 4 ]. Recall about one such problem - the problem of the mysterious test of the “vector” to determine the level of antibodies after vaccination. What is its mystery? The most diverse commercial tests, as a rule, do not detect antibodies in vaccinated "epivaccorone". Developers from Vector explain this by the fact that commercial tests do not have sufficient sensitivity, and offer for the purpose of identifying antibodies their supersensitive special test, specially designed to determine antibodies after "epivaccoone". However, it is not clear how this special test is arranged and what antibodies it detects, so the specialtest of the “vector” for scientists is a rebus-trip that I really want to unravel.
Journalists have already tried to get answers to questions related to the test. In an interview, taken from the Deputy General Director for Scientific and Methodological Work, the Vector GNC, to the correspondent's question: “What is an antigen (in the OM test)?” -Tatyana Nepomnyans replies: “N-white and peptides” [ 5 ]. Recall readers what antigen is to explain the question and the answer. Antigen is a molecule alien to the body, on which antibodies are produced, for example, virus proteins are antigens. During vaccination or illness, alien antigens molecules come to a person, and antibodies are formed on them. In tests, the level of antibodies is measured on these alien antigens molecules. How is this done? The antigens molecules with a chemically method are attached to the solid solid substrate, in the holes of which the blood serum is then placed. Antibodies from serum form a complex with an antigen of a substrate-they can behave in a similar way in the body, interacting with the antigens-beels of the virus. The concentration of antigen-antibody complexes in the tablet hole can be determined by optical devices.
So, from the response of the representatives of the “vector” to the journalist, we understand that the special test determines the level of antibodies to certain antigens, namely to the virus nucleocapside protein and peptides. This is already useful information to solve a rebus, but insufficient.
Can antibodies revealed by the “Vector” special test interact with coronavirus and perform a protective function? I already wrote that antibodies antibodies are discord. By itself, the fact of the presence of antibodies to some antigens does not mean at all that these antibodies can protect from the virus. Antibodies can be inappropriate - ballast [ 6 ]. Antibodies after the Vector vaccine with commercial tests, where there is no coronavirus ss of coronavirus as an antigen, and the developers themselves recognize this. Sciences, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, professor of virology Anatoly Altstein -concludes: ““ Epivaccoron ”does not cause antibodies to the main superficial antigen coronavirus - S-Belka in vaccinated people. There is no antibodies to S-protein, there can be no neutralizing antibodies ” [ 4 ].

The doctor drew attention to the problem associated with the test system of the “vector”. honey. sciences, head of the general virology department and laboratory of molecular biology of the viruses of the Center of Chumakov Georgy Ignatiev , saying: “if the“ vector ”uses the same peptides as an immunosorbent in their test system, they immunize these peptides, I assume that with some kind of amplification, and some anti-tires The fact that is present in the vaccine is formed. And this is something that is formed during the immunization of the “epivaccorone”, of course, will contact those conditional antigens that they have as an immunosorbent in a test system. The question remains whether these antibodies will be connected with real viral proteins ” [ 7 ].
There are strong suspicions that the answer to the rhetorical question of George Ignatiev is negative, and antibodies revealed by the special test of the “vector” cannot contact the virus, cannot protect from infection. These suspicions strengthens the study of the group represented by scientists and activists from the participants in the third phase of the clinical tests of this vaccine [ 3 , 8 ]. The name of this group "Grais" comes from words a civilian study [ 9 ].
The mentioned study showed the absence of virus-neutralizing antibodies in serum vaccinated by “epivaccorone”, in which the special test test of the “vector” also revealed the presence of antibodies. Therefore, questions about the exact composition of the antigens of the test and what it reveals antibodies it remain open. It is also worth saying that there is not a single publication or patent in which the device of the Vector special test would be described. We can say that the special test is secret. Therefore, information about this test by scientists and activists "Grais" is gathering grains.
Here is what Andrei Krinitsky writes-the chief organizer and administrator of the Grais initiative group and the general director of Eland.ru: “In the post of our project to study Epivaccorone, an anonymous source sent scanned instructions for the Vector test system, which is checked by the level of antibodies after the vaccination of Epivaccorona [ 10 ]. This instruction confirms that in the composition of antigens on the tablet of the test system there is a N-bead of coronavirus. We understood this after we found out experimentally, that the special test “Vector” recognizes and detects antibodies in the ill-heated Covid-19 and does not reveal in the “satellite V” vaccinated. However, uncertainty is still maintained: it is still not clear the correspondence between the antigens that are part of the test system and the antigens of Epivaccores .
In the instructions [10] there is a vague wording that says that in a special test, an “analogue of the S-Belka Coronavirus” is present as an antigen. Does this mean that this “analogue” is represented precisely by the peptides, exactly the same as in the “Epivaccoron” itself? Or maybe this analogue is represented by longer fragments of the S-protein? It can be assumed that the antigens in the specialtor of the “vector” fully correspond to the antigens of the vaccine and then the bacterial protein that is part of the “epivaccorone” as a carrier protein for peptides should also be present in the special test. Is this protein among the antigens of special test and detects the specialtest of the “vector” of antibodies to this bacterial protein?
An anonymous source on the basis of the instruction received [ 10 ] also prepared questions about the installation of a special test for the GNC “Vector” [ 12 ]. We studied the instructions, as well as prepared questions and considered these materials deserves. Since the answers to questions related to the device of the mysterious special test “Vector” and the antibodies that he detect is interesting to many, especially those who are already vaccinated “Epivaccorone”, we published on our website the materials sent to us and offer them to the attention of all interested ones. The relevant issues regarding the device of special tests were sent to the official mail at the GNC “Vector”, and we hope to get an answer. ”
I’ll also add that the Vector test system to check the level of antibodies after the vaccination of “epivaccorone” is not brought into line with the adopted WHO standards for test systems, which establishes as universal international units “Binding Antibody Units” (BAU/ml). Therefore, the document of Roszdravnadzor, which contains recommendations for recounting units of measurement of antibodies in each test in BAU, this test system is not mentioned [ 14 ].
I also want to add that I, as well as activists of the Grais group, are looking forward to an answer from the “vector”, since the mystery of the special test intrigues me very much. The rebus must be unraveled!
