One of the former founders of the Cryorus company, which was engaged in freezing and storing the bodies of deceased people and animals for their possible revival in the future, accused another former founder, with whom he had previously been married, of trying to steal capacities with the bodies of “cryopacients”.
Cryorus was created in 2006. Media was repeatedly written about her. In 2018, RBC called Cryorus the only cryophir in Russia and reported that it stores the bodies of 62 “cryopacients”. They were in liquid nitrogen in large containers, called the vessels of Dewar, in two storage facilities near Moscow. The company's services then cost from 15 thousand dollars (freezing of the head or brain) to 36 thousand dollars (freezing and storing the whole body). "Cryorus" did not give guarantees for the revival of "cryopacients"; Scientists talked about the lack of evidence of Cryonika's effectiveness.

Among the founders of Cryorus, according to the company's website, there were eight people - including the wife of Danila Medvedev and Valery Udalov. In 2009, Udalova became the director of Cryorus, and after 10 years she lost this post, since "most founders expressed dissatisfaction with the activities of the director." Udalova in response registered another company with the name "Cryorus", becoming its only owner. Medvedev, along with two other founders, created the Open Cryoniki company. Now Medvedev and Udalova is divorced, the woman herself said Gazeta.Ru.
On September 8, one of the founders of the Open Cryonics Dmitry Kvasnikov said that on the eve of Udalov and its employees “penetrated the cryo -storage territory, cut out part of the hangar wall, poured most of the nitrogen from the [vessels of Devar] and, plunging them directly with patients horizontally for two cars, tried to take away the unfinished cryptocurrency in the direction of the unfinished cryptocurrency. Tver ". According to Kvasnikov, he and his partners called the police, who returned Dewar's vessels to their former place. “The damage caused to cryopacients and storage has yet to evaluate,” Kvasnikov added.
Kvasnikov said that Udalova acts “inappropriately”, causing harm to “cryopacients”, and that now the “issue” is “solved” about the initiation of a criminal case against her.
Earlier, Valery Udalov has already carried out the raider seizure of Cryorus LLC with the subsequent creation of the second LLC with the same name and transfer to a new LLC of all assets, these actions are now the subject of several arbitration trials. Also, during the raider seizure in 2019, she already abducted part of the patients.
Danila Medvedev told the “Raise” that Udalova wanted to take out the vessels of Dewar from the repository in Sergiev Posad for the development of his new company. “In order for Valeria to collect money from new customers, she needs to demonstrate that she has a repository, there are cryopacients. It turns out that the more the company has them, the seemed to be more reliable and solid, ”he explained.
Udalova herself told the “raising” that she, still being the director of Cryorus, issued the sale of blood vessels with cryopacients to her new company. “I have current agreements for all equipment, but the police ordered to leave it in the old place to deal with the documents,” she said. In a conversation with Gazeta.Ru, Udalov refused to clarify whether there were people in the containers of the body and whether they were injured during transportation.
Our company simply decided to transfer equipment from one place to another. My ex-husband, as well as the ex-founder Danila Medvedev, went and wrote a false denunciation in the police for stealing our equipment ... <...> He wants to capture everything, trying to put pressure on me with all kinds of illegal methods.
