At the site of a gas explosion in a nine-story residential building in Noginsk near Moscow, a third victim was found, RBC reports with reference to the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“The body of the third victim was recovered from the rubble. This is a girl, a teenager," the department said.
The fate of four more people who remain under the rubble is unknown, notes TASS . Earlier it was reported that four adults and a child could be under the rubble.
