Actionist Pavel Krisevich's term of detention in a pre-trial detention center was extended

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow extended the term of detention in a pre-trial detention center for actionist Pavel Krisevich. This was reported in the telegram channel of his support group.

The actionist was sent into custody in June by decision of the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow. The preventive measure was chosen as part of a criminal case initiated due to a performance in support of political prisoners - Krisevich shot himself in the head with noise cartridges on Red Square. He was charged under the article of hooliganism (Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code).

SOTA journalist Nika Samusik is also a suspect in the case. The court refused to impose a preventive measure on her. A search was carried out in the hostel where the journalist lives.

• Pavel Krisevich regularly performed performances, and he was detained for this. At the beginning of November 2020, Krisevich was arrested for 15 days under the article of disobedience to the legal demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in connection with an action near the FSB building on Lubyanka, where he “crucified” himself on a cross over a burning pile of politically motivated criminal cases.
