Who are education advisers, why they are needed and how they will be educated. Remembering the senior pioneer leaders

Education advisers are a very strange position. It is neither in the professional standard of the teacher, nor in a single qualification director of posts. Even the circle of duties of the teacher is incomprehensible: a variety of government officials who speak out about this, then they talk about visiting museums, then about school self -government, then about sports. But all the unanimous is that advisers will engage in attracting children to the Russian movement of schoolchildren (RDSh) - something like a scout or pioneer organization - and in a young man, as well as patriotic education.

The newly alarmed adviser from Sevastopol directly informed the local publication that her work was “a return to the origins”. The origins do not go deep into the centuries: “The adviser to the director for educational work is probably a return to the origins. We all remember the pioneer organization that was once. Now an adviser is a person who is designed to return the children to school. This is a senior comrade who can hear, listen. Teachers are still subject teachers, but here you can come, exhale, sometimes share some of your pains. ”

In fact, this is a really decisive step into the past. True, the communist education included many components: in addition to patriotic education, it was international; there was the education of the idea of ​​partnership and mutual assistance; education of the idea of ​​a lean attitude to folk property, to the fruits of someone else's labor; labor education; The education of respect for the elders and the help of the younger and so on, and so on.

In the current Russian ideology (and, therefore, in the current educational policy that is being introduced into schools), only patriotism remained of all this, but in such volumes that no one seemed to be little. However, the authorities still seem a little - hence the “formation of Russian identity”, and the bets of upbringing advisers, and the widespread introduction of new political instructions, which should ensure a popular understanding of our special spirituality.

Reading methodological materials on the topic shows that special spirituality consists in the fact that we have a legacy of ancestors and a rich tradition, therefore Russia has many enemies, but we always won everyone and will win more than once, and there is no doubt about this under the pain of criminal prosecution. Previously, this special spirituality was called cheers-patriotism, but in the present time even Vyazemsky is dangerous. Although, it would seem, in 1827 it was written: “Many recognize for patriotism the unconditional praise of everything that is their own. Türgo called this lackey patriotism, Du Patriotisme d'Antichambre. We could call it kvassian patriotism. I believe that love for the Fatherland should be blind in donations to him, but not in conceited complacency; This love can also include hatred. What kind of patriot, whatever the people he belonged, would not want to tear out a few pages from the history of the domestic, and did not boil indignation, seeing the prejudices and vices inherent in his fellow citizens? True love is jealous and demanding. ”

From March 1, 2021, after the winter wave of protest shares in support of Alexei Navalny, the Ministry of Education introduced the position of advisers to educators in Russian schools of ten regions. The pilot project, presented at the beginning of spring, was originally designed to organize extracurricular activities of adolescents - various sports and cultural events, the involvement of children in the Russian Movement of Schoolchildren (RDSh), and the work of youth and volunteer organizations.

But questions arose - for example, why is this necessary if there are heads of educational work in schools that should be done by all this?

In part, the answer is at the very disposal of the department: advisers will have to purposefully engage in patriotic education and spiritual and moral development, plus to that by the replenishment of the ranks of the youth.

The document caused an ambiguous reaction: many parents began to suspect that all this may be hidden by an attempt to ideological control of children and almost a joint work of the school with law enforcement agencies to prevent the political activity of adolescents. And these suspicions are not groundless: Russian education has never been famous either political or at all any freedoms. Doubles have always been set for “wrong opinion” in essays in literature, and recently, for example, the campaign of intimidation of children and their parents before large protest actions has gone.

But the number of schoolchildren involved in politics is still steadily growing. Threats, minors' cases and other methods of ideological correction of children work little.

Therefore, the fears of parents are not groundless. To confirm or dispel them, we turned to the Ministry itself and to experts.

“No, such a functionality ( ideological control . - “ New ” ) is not provided for by the adviser. Knowing what is interesting for children will allow the adviser to listen and hear children, to be with them in a single information field, to build positive contact with them. This principle should form the basis of the interaction of an adviser with schoolchildren.

The activities of the education adviser will be aimed at ensuring the interaction of school self -government bodies, the teaching staff, the parent community and children's public associations. ”

Officials also assure that interaction with law enforcement agencies is not a matter of advisers:

“An adviser is a specialist who will help strengthen the educational component of the main educational program, including by drawing up and implementing the work program for education and a calendar educational work plan for a particular school, taking into account existing infrastructure resources and personnel potential, realizing the formats of events that are interesting for children.”

As for the candidates for the position of advisers, they are determined during the All -Russian contest “Childhood Navigators”, whose winners were trained at the “Artek” basis under the program of advanced training “Educational Activities in a General Education Organization” (106 hours).

The chairman of the Teacher's Trade Union Yuri Varlamov did not convince the goals declared by the Ministry of Council:

“The emergence of advisers in educational work at the school is obviously caused by political reasons, in particular, protest actions that took place in the winter of 2020–2021. And earlier, as well as the active participation of youth in them. Therefore, it would be logical to assume that their main tasks will not be the organization of educational activities as such (extracurricular work, campaigns, excursions, other events), namely, work with those schoolchildren who take part in protests.

I think that in practice, much will depend on the leadership of the school and its real interest in the fact that ideological work at the school is conducted. Most likely, the administration of some educational institutions will be able to use this opportunity for good and spend the emerging human resource on real extracurricular work. In other schools, such an employee will replace the Komsomol and will give children a lecture on the inadmissibility of expression of his political position publicly. ”

The position of advisers seems to be a kind of “completion” of ideological monopolization and conservation of the public life of schoolchildren. The state struggled for a long time with youth activism, but it is impossible to arrest schoolchildren, and other methods were used: inspectors and commission on minors (which I ended up in 2018), intimidation, moralizing, as if on TV trainingishes. On teachers, headlines, directors and social educators, a load of political control over children, whom many could not cope, since there were no clear instructions, everyone had their own position and opinion, and they did not always correspond to the “necessary”.

Moreover, the repression machine works not only against schoolchildren, but also against teachers and even leaders of educational institutions.

For example, the director of the Nizhny Novgorod "School of Dialogue" was fired after 21 years of leadership. The reason for dismissal is the refusal to control the vote of employees in favor of certain candidates.

If in front of the shares on January 23 and 31, class hours were held in many schools in the country, then we can imagine what will be done by advisers to educate during the intensity of the political situation. And “leisure” in many schools will be planned on the days of protest, and visiting it will be by no means voluntary.

The main problem that initiators may encounter is resistance from the students themselves. But it is unlikely that the analogues of the political instructions will be able to attract schoolchildren to their side, pulling them out of the Internet, where all political activity has now moved.

Tatyana M., teacher, head teacher in educational work: “In that the state is trying to bring the ideological element to school, there is nothing new. In the Soviet school, there were heads of educational work and senior pioneers. The head teacher for educational work was responsible for class hours according to anniversary dates, courage lessons, ideological holidays like November 7th and Victory Day, for political information, propaganda brigades, buildings and songs, political and political units, solidarity fairs, clubs of international friendship, a school museum - in a word, he had enough work. In some schools, he was responsible for working with complex children and dysfunctional families - this is now the function of a social teacher.

The pioneers were engaged in the life of a pioneer squad, which included most schoolchildren from 4th to 8th grades. These are detachment fees, and the collection of waste paper and scrap metal, and the struggle of the detachments in order to wear the name of the Pioneer Hero. They were responsible for extracurricular movements like lightning, campaigns, bonfires, for the production of wall newspapers, for detachment, Timurovtsy and the like. We watched the pioneers patronize the October. Organized the help of lagging behind. A significant part of this work was also associated with ideology.

Then the ideology from school left. Now they are trying to convince us that the current government also has an ideology, but it is not: they are trying to reproduce at least something from Soviet experience, but it turns out badly. So the task of the head teacher in educational work was the organization of leisure for schoolchildren-so that they did not hang around the yards, but engaged in something meaningful, which will then leave their warm pleasant memories of the school and help them master some important skills.

When I became a head teacher for educational work, she immediately said that I would not build children and spend meaningless cool hours with them about what is good and what is bad. She said that I would engage in the holidays. Every extracurricular event is a matter around which children can be rallyed; This is the only way to educate them. If you drive them into class and saw a dull saw - this causes only rejection.

The schoolchildren and I prepared a performance for the teacher’s day, came up with a wonderful New Year, a quiz on Valentine's Day, Flashmoba, we had a very cordial and thoughtful Victory Day. When a schoolboy interacts with others, he learns to understand them, tolerate them, to restrain himself, to negotiate. This is education. A person tries to be a person, is afraid to fail, takes responsibility and participates in the creation of something new. This is the only thing the head teacher can do for educational work.

And these advisers are not just a profanity of the idea, it is very harmful, because it will cause rejection of adults, and children, and parents. I feel sorry for the people who will go to these positions.

From the entire Soviet ideological heritage, only patriotic education remains now. And it turned into an endless spell "We defeated the war." It seems to me that if we are traveling around Russia and I learn to love it, help the elderly and disabled people in the nursing home, do volunteering, give concerts - is this not patriotic education? Is it really only to inspire the children that on May 9 the whole world should kneel before Russia? So it is antipatriotic.

For me, Victory Day is a very important day, I have a photograph of my grandfather who fought always in a prominent place. But when the endless exaggeration of the topic “We won, we win, we will defeat everyone”, I recall a fragment from the “Steppe” of Chekhov, where Yegorushka hears: “Our mother Rasia to the whole world of Ga-la-va!” - Suddenly sang Kiryuha with a wild voice, choked and fell silent. The steppe echo picked up his voice, suffered, and, it seemed, stupidity itself rolled along the steppe on heavy wheels. ”

It is clear what the authorities want: to formalize everything, introduce unanimity, and packed the children's brains so that they are sure that everything is fine with us. That's just to inspire that everything is fine with us and nothing to change - this is precisely antipatriotic. ”
