In Moscow, David Abgaryan, who stood with the poster “vote correctly, vote in a gross” on Manezhnaya Square. He reported this to the ATS-Info.

During the detention, the police told Abgaryan that he had no right to stand on this territory. The pickets have already been delivered to the China-Gorod police department. A lawyer from the OVD-info Oksana Borodina left him.

According to the picketer, at first the police wanted to draw up a protocol for a violation of the Promotion of the Promotion (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but in the end they only held a preventive conversation and released without an obligation about the appearance.
