In Vladimir, during the celebration of the City Day, activist Yuri Alekseev was detained. This was announced by his acquaintance about this OVD-Info.
Alekseev, also known as a hermit hobby, is located in the 1st police department of Vladimir, during his detention he had campaign materials. What is charged with an activist is still unknown.

Two protocols on the offense were drawn up for him. In the first protocol, the police invited Alekseev the spread of campaign materials in violation of the requirements of the election legislation (part 1 of article 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The reason for this was leaflets against United Russia, which the activist distributed.
The second protocol was drawn up under an article on a violation of "anti -icing" restrictions (part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to the police, Alekseev handed out leaflets without means of protection of the respiratory tract.
