The Tomsk District (No. 181) includes: Leninsky and Oktyabrsky districts of Tomsk, the closed city of Seversk, Asinovsky, Verkhneketsky, Zyryansky, Pervomaisky, Teguldetsky districts, as well as Itat, Malinovskoye and Naumovsky rural settlements of the Tomsk district.
The deputy of the City Duma of Tomsk, the director of LOFT LLC, Ilya Leontyev, was nominated. Unicorn, according to the latest data from the election commission, raised 24 million rubles for the election.
All the money was given by funds related to EP: “The National Fund for Support for Regional Cooperation and Development”, the Foundation of Folk Projects and the Future Generation Fund. Taiga.info has alreadysaid that such organizations are opaque, and also established by people directly related to the party in power.
The Foundation of Folk Projects and the Future Generation Foundation belongs to one of the ex-ruler of the legal service "EP" Alexei Grishkovts, Olga Shabalina and Yuri Buzyn. They denied the connection with the funds back in 2018 and “transferred cases”, however, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, they remain the founders of organizations, which, despite the requirements of the law, are not reported publicly. Both organizations are located on Bann Lane, 3 in Moscow, where the United Russia CEC was located, and now the so -called “Higher Party of School”.
The former chief of the regional headquarters of the “YP YP” Ilya Leontyev, according to official figures, is engaged in real estate. For a long time he was the director of Tomsk Quarter LLC. Through this company, he is connected with the ex-deputy of the regional Duma from EP Andrei Tyutyushev, who is headed by one of the largest Russian agricultural holdings-the Siberian Agrarian Group. It includes meat processing plants in Tomsk and Kemerovo, pig -breeding complexes in the Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen regions, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Tomsk poultry farm, as well as in Buryatia, feed plants in Asino and Krasnoyarsk.
According to the election commission, Leontiev earned only 703 thousand rubles in 2020.
But the main contender for the mandate from the authorities is seen by the current State Duma deputy from the LDPR Alexei Didenko. He heads the local government committee and is the son of the mayor of Seversk Nikolai Didenko. He, in turn, leads the local branch of "EP". In the previous elections, the State Duma in 2016 did not put an opponent against Didenko in the Tomsk District as part of the agreements of the Presidential Administration with the leaders of the parliamentary parties.
Now, “EP” put forward Leontyev, who, judging by social networks, still leads an active election campaign. Moreover, according to the Tomskpolit telegram channel, representatives of the EP are tearing off the election posters of Didenko.
Alexey Didenko comes to the debate and criticizes United Russia. At the same time, he, like the representatives of the “EP” in the State Duma, voted for the zeroing of Vladimir Putin’s terms as president, the tax on the self -employed, the indulgence of violation of the law to the presidents after their departure and three -day voting in the elections.
Didenko earned more than 5.7 million rubles in 2020. He has almost 4 thousand square meters. meters of land in the suburbs, an apartment in Tomsk, as well as a “deputy” apartment in Moscow and a cottage, in “reimbursable use for the period of replacement of the post”. He raised more than 20 million rubles in the polls and spent 17.5 million on the campaign.
The third force in the district, which, unlike the previous ones, is not related to the current government, was the representative of the Communist Party, the editor -in -chief of the network edition of "Cute Tomsk" Vasily Shipilov. He also has a chance to win, leads an active campaign, and in Tomsk, according to him, the authorities press on residents, demanding to remove the campaign banners of the Communists. “We, unlike the LDPR and“ ER ”, do not guess on poles and stops. We do everything within the framework of the law, ”he said.
Shipilov also faced the mayor of Seversk to give him a pass for meetings with voters. He received it only six days before the end of agitation. The Communist Party of the Communist Party was able to collect 940 thousand rubles for the campaign.
In addition, in the Tomsk district, Elena Ulyanova (Growth Party), Alexander Qin-de Shan (“New People”), Alexander Rostovtsev (“SRPZP”), Evgeny Krotov (“Rodina”), Vasily Eremin (“Yabloko”) and Victor Grinev (RPPSS) were registered in the Tomsk district.
The Obsky district (No. 182) includes the Kirov and Soviet regions of Tomsk, the cities of Kedrovi and Strezheva, Aleksandrovsky, Bakcharsky, Kargaskovsky, Kozhevnikovsky, Kolpashevsky, Krivosheinsky, Molchanovsky, Parabelsky, Chainsky, Shegarsky districts, as well as Bogashevskoye, Voroninskoye, Zarechny, Zonalnensky, Zorkaltsevskoye, Kalta, Kalta, Kaltay, Kaltai, Kalta, Kaltay,, Kopylovskoye, Kornilovskoye, Moneninovskoye, Mirnenskoye, Sailyskoye, Novorostryanskoye, Oktyabrskoye, Rybalovskoye, Spasskoye, Turuntaevskoye rural settlements of the Tomsk district.
In the Ob district, "EP" put up the current State Duma deputy Tatyana Solomatin. Since 1985, she was the head physician of the regional clinic of preventive examinations, where she was listed until 2016, when she was held at the State Duma of the Russian Federation. In parallel, she organized her own medical business-a group of companies "Health", which includes several companies belonging to Solomatina itself (shares in trust) and LLC "Medical Scientific and Practical Center" by Viktor Solomatin.
A loud scandal was connected with the “Health” clinics. In 2018, during the ordinary removal of varicose veins, a 25-year-old girl fell into a one. She died, and the criminal case was terminated in court to “reconcile the parties”. In 2016, the 33-year-old mother of many children died in the Health clinic after the provision of a paid service from blood loss.
Solomatina raised 19.8 million rubles in the polls. The money was transferred the same funds associated with the "EP". In 2020, the woman earned almost 9.5 million rubles, another 22.4 million lie in bank accounts. She also has shares of Norilsk Nickel, Gazprom Neft and Gazprom, VTB Bank, Children's World, Lukoil, MTS, Rosneft and other corporations, as well as various bonds, including structures related to foreign companies.
In particular, Solomatina has bonds of Borjomi Finance LLC, which belongs to Cyprus Risa Investments Limited. She also owns bonds of LLC MV Finance, owned by Jozef Zabel Vostok LLC, a subsidiary of the Swiss Josef Zabel, which is probably related to the European shoe brand from Germany.
The Communist Party put up against Solomatina the deputy director of the “Center for the Study of the Formation of Civil Society” in the non -profit “Institute of Innovation Development” by Sergei Guba. Judging by his Facebook and participation in the debate, he is trying to conduct an active campaign. He was given about 180 thousand rubles.
At the "Yabloko" in the district there is a deputy of the City Duma of Tomsk Igor Lutaev. He simultaneously leads a campaign to the State Duma and to the legislative Duma of the Tomsk region. “Fair Russia - Patriots - for truth” nominated the regional parliamentarian Galina Germans.
Also, Danil Dorofeev (LDPR), Konstantin Lapshin (Rodina), Ksenia Starikova (“New People”) and Larisa Shevtsova (RPPSS) were registered in the Ob district.
The regional group "EP" in the Tomsk region and Kuzbass was entrusted with the Kemerovo senator from the governor Sergei Tsivilev and the leader of the local United Russia Alexei Sinitsyn. In 2020, he earned 8.1 million rubles, he had another 3.5 million accounts. In addition, Sinitsyn reported on federal loan bonds and Sberbank for a total of 9.6 million.
The Council of the Council has as many as seven vehicles - from the trailer to Mercedes Benz and four snowmobiles. Officially, he has only an apartment for 56 square meters. meters in Kuzbass, but its minor children owns a mansion of 440 “squares”, and another apartment for 130 “squares” is in use of the family.
The second in the regional group was the deputy head of the Kuzbass regional clinical hospital Veronica Vlasov, who studied in European clinics. In a recent campaign interview, she recognized that in recent years a shortage of medical personnel has developed in the country, but claimed that "the" modernization of healthcare "was actively carried out." Judging by her Instagram, the governor and other officials participated in the campaign campaign.
The election law directly forbids officials to conduct election campaigning, the concept of which includes not only direct calls to vote for someone, but also the “expression of preferences”.
The third on the list was Mikhail Kiselev, who, although he was born in the Tomsk region, lives in Moscow. He is the head of the central headquarters of the pro -government "Russian student detachments." Kiselev earned 1.9 million rubles in 2020. He has foreign assets, however, the CEC did not have claims to United Russia, unlike some representatives of the opposition.
Kiselev owns the shares of not only Sberbank, Severstal, Alrosa and Rossetei, but also Yandex (Public Limited Company Yandex NV) for Yandex shares, in particular, they removed the candidate for the RPPSS list of Dmitri Potapenko (CEC denied the CEC. This, arguing that the decision was made because of other foreign assets, but there is also a reference to the Yandex shares in the court decision, Potapenko himself said ). Moreover, United Russia has global depository receipts of TCS Group Holding from JP Morgan Chase Bank (16.5 thousand) and Mail.ru GR Limited from Citibank N. A (23.5 thousand)
The fourth in the list of "EP" was deputy of the City Duma of Tomsk Vladimir Samokish. He actually has no chance to go to the State Duma from fourth place in the regional group, but subject to refusing the Sinitsyn mandate and, for example, Kiselyov, they appear. It is Samokish - the most wealthy candidate in the group: annual income of 40 million, another 14.3 million in deposits, commercial and residential real estate in the Tomsk, Novosibirsk regions and the Krasnodar Territory. Samokish also has personal Cadillac.
The Tomsk re -division "EP", in addition to the money of its single -mandate, received 25 million rubles in the polls. A significant part of the funds went through all the same funds associated with the party.
The next in terms of volume of the fund was the rejection of the Just Russia-Patriots Pravda, which collected 5.3 million rubles. Where they came from, the election of the election commission is not indicated. The regional group "SRPZP" looks unusual, uniting the Tomsk, Kemerovo regions and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. It was headed by a non -relationship with Siberia by the deputy head of the central apparatus of the party Nikolai Novichkov, who is called the “publicist” and “doctor of economic sciences”. Judging by the documents of the CEC, in 2020, newcomers earned his 3.1 million rubles at the Yurait publishing house and federal universities: the Russian State University of Tourism and Service and the Russian Academy of National Economy and the civil service under the President of the Russian Federation.
The second in the regional group "SRPZP" is a resident of Ryazan, secretary of the Central Council of the party Nadezhda Korneev, who was Putin's confidant in the presidential election in 2012. She works as the head of the public relations department of ANO “Institute of Economic, Legal and Co-Social Research”. This structure belongs to another non -profit organization - the “Research Institute for the Development of the State and Society”, which is owned by the co -chair of the “SRPZP” Gennady Semigin.
Tomsk branches of other parties, according to the latest data from the election commission, did not receive money for the polls.
The Communist Party united the Tomsk region with Khakassia and the Krasnoyarsk Territory into the regional group. The first on the list was the general director of Mobile Technologies LLC Ivan Babich from the Krasnoyarsk city of Nazarovo. He is one of the most wealthy representatives of the Communist Party in Siberia with an annual income of about 60 million rubles and 4.3 million in the account.
The second in the regional group of the Communists was the head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov, who claimed to refuse the mandate and remain to lead the region. The third with good chances of walking on the list was the deputy of the Tomsk regional Duma and the head of the regional committee Natalya Baryshnikova. In 2020, she earned 2.1 million rubles, in bank accounts there are another 430 thousand.
LDPR united the Tomsk region with Kuzbass, Tuva and Khakassia. Everything is logical here - the regional group was headed by Alexei Didenko. If he receives a mandate in the district, then the chances of the list appear at the second number - a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Kuzbass and assistant Didenko Kirill Pravdin.
The State Duma on the lists also participate “Green”, “New People”, “Yabloko”, Party of Growth, RPSS, “Communists of Russia”, “Civil Platform”, “Green Alternative”, “Homeland” and RPPSS.
