The former chief of the regional headquarters of the “YP YP” Ilya Leontyev, according to official figures, is engaged in real estate. For a long time he was the director of Tomsk Quarter LLC. Through this company, he is connected with the ex-deputy of the regional Duma from EP Andrei Tyutyushev, who is headed by one of the largest Russian agricultural holdings-the Siberian Agrarian Group. It includes meat processing plants in Tomsk and Kemerovo, pig -breeding complexes in the Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen regions, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Tomsk poultry farm, as well as in Buryatia, feed plants in Asino and Krasnoyarsk.

According to the election commission, Leontiev earned only 703 thousand rubles in 2020.

But the main contender for the mandate from the authorities is seen by the current State Duma deputy from the LDPR Alexei Didenko. He heads the local government committee and is the son of the mayor of Seversk Nikolai Didenko. He, in turn, leads the local branch of "EP". In the previous elections, the State Duma in 2016 did not put an opponent against Didenko in the Tomsk District as part of the agreements of the Presidential Administration with the leaders of the parliamentary parties.

Now, “EP” put forward Leontyev, who, judging by social networks, still leads an active election campaign. Moreover, according to the Tomskpolit telegram channel, representatives of the EP are tearing off the election posters of Didenko.

Alexey Didenko comes to the debate and criticizes United Russia. At the same time, he, like the representatives of the “EP” in the State Duma, voted for the zeroing of Vladimir Putin’s terms as president, the tax on the self -employed, the indulgence of violation of the law to the presidents after their departure and three -day voting in the elections.

Didenko earned more than 5.7 million rubles in 2020. The Communist Party put up against Solomatina the deputy director of the “Center for the Study of the Formation of Civil Society” in the non -profit “Institute of Innovation Development” by Sergei Guba. The first on the list was the general director of Mobile Technologies LLC Ivan Babich from the Krasnoyarsk city of Nazarovo. He is one of the most wealthy representatives of the Communist Party in Siberia with an annual income of about 60 million rubles and 4.3 million in the account.

The second in the regional group of the Communists was the head of Khakassia Valentin Konovalov, who claimed to refuse the mandate and remain to lead the region. The third with good chances of walking on the list was the deputy of the Tomsk regional Duma and the head of the regional committee Natalya Baryshnikova. In 2020, she earned 2.1 million rubles, in bank accounts there are another 430 thousand.

LDPR united the Tomsk region with Kuzbass, Tuva and Khakassia. Everything is logical here - the regional group was headed by Alexei Didenko. If he receives a mandate in the district, then the chances of the list appear at the second number - a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Kuzbass and assistant Didenko Kirill Pravdin.
