The world has changed, business has changed. But still, companies need employees. Employees are the main resource and driving force of the company. No, even the most innovative, idea will be realized without specialists of various profiles.

Here, the personnel market again and again sets difficult tasks: there are few candidates, they are reluctant to hire, and they are also trained in the wrong competencies or are not fully trained at all. Or their level of knowledge and skills remained in the last century, while modern business needs something completely different.

And the owners, directors of companies have to solve a dilemma: to hire ready-made specialists for a lot of money or to accept "young and young" and train them for their business processes.
