In Murmansk, collectors joined the election struggle

"Collection agency" Gismeev, Makarevich and partners. " A wide range of services for management companies ” - banners with this text appeared in the Murmansk region a week before the election. The main collectors mentioned in the title of the company amazingly turned out to be the namesakes of candidates for the regional Duma from the "SR", which is extremely harshly criticizing regional authorities. And the design of the banner is very much like a party’s corporate design. It only differs in that instead of a photo of the next candidate on the poster, a man with a soldering iron in his hands is depicted against a background of barbed wire.

In the Murmansk region, many call the current elections the most dirty in history. Courts, black PR, intra-party scandals, two-two candidates.

"New" has already told how 10 candidates-one-famile candidates appeared in the regional Duma.

But this in the current political season you will not be surprised, at least there were no overhead beards. But no one has yet used collectors in political PR.

The scheme is even witty in its own way: advertising of collection services is not prohibited, and a company with this name really exists in Murmansk since August 27. She worked before, only was called differently - Vilen LLC. Well, from September 8, a certain Makarevich, a namesake of the leader of the Murmansk Socialist Revolutionaries and the most harsh critic of the governor of Chibis, leads the office.

Makarevich with Chibis has a longtime conflict. The deputy is the author of numerous requests to the prosecutor's office about the origin of Lexus in the government garage, the distribution of multimillion-dollar bonuses, which are received by ministers and vice-governors. He publicly talks about a strange manner of dealing with budget funds that flow into the authorized capital of organized under the Chibis ANO, criticizes the designer ardor of the head of the region, which loves to establish art objects in unexpected places at an impressive price.

He hits the patient and on all public reports of the head of the region: under the protocol asks him extremely uncomfortable questions.

He also gathered almost all renegads under his banners: popular politicians who allowed themselves to criticize power in the past convocation and after that who lost their seats in the lists of loyal authorities of parties. As a result, surprisingly, in the Arctic of the “SR” became a symbol of the opposition - and received in response all the power of black technologies. They beat from two flanks - actually political and media. They exhibit doubles and "poured" from television screens and in social networks. It is curious that in both cases the same figure of local entrepreneur Andranik Musatyan loomes on the horizon.

Andranik Vladimirovich Musatyan is a businessman, a media machine, recently the director of the Murmansk Vodokanal, a candidate of legal sciences. In 2006, he defended a candidate dissertation to St. Petersburg State University on the topic "Praise mechanism: ideological and theoretical and technical and legal aspects." According to Dissernet , this work can cause many questions. The father of the entrepreneur, the former head of the but rocky, in 2006, was removed from his post by the court for the revealed violations in the procedure for counting votes in the elections. The younger Musatyan came to politics in the same parts: he worked as deputy head of the Baby Polar.

He ran for the post of head of the Kandalaksha district in 2007 and took second place, losing to Nina Varlamova, who was killed a year later.

Then Andranik Musatyan, who by that time, became the director of the Murmansk television channel Arctic TV, was elected a deputy of the Murmansk City Council, but in 2010 the deputy was arrested and placed in a pre -trial detention center on suspicion of giving a bribe. According to investigators, the businessman allegedly handed over to two deputies 500 thousand rubles for damage to ballots designed to vote in the election of the city manager. As a result, the Musatians were found guilty of attempting to give a bribe and a bribe. The story spoke for a long time with scandals and accusations of the police of a factory of the case.

Since then, Musatyan could never be accused of underestimating the media resource. According to open sources, except for the channel and at least two radio stations, it controls more than 20 publics with a total number of subscribers of more than 300 thousand people in various social networks.

The businessman continued the political career, in 2016, having nominated the State Duma from the “Communists of Russia”. In 2021, the Musatyan ran again - this time already from the Communist Party. It is difficult to assume whether the goal of the businessman is really communism, but now he has not only a criminal record and the dissertation, but also the medal “100 years of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Murmansk Region”.

At the end of August, the St. Petersburg Court of Appeal removed Musatyan from the elections for concealing one of the convictions (now withdrawn), however, the candidate's Supreme Court restored. It is remarkable that he is nominated in the same district as the Justoross Almaz Gismeev - the defendant of the same criminal case against Musatyan. Gismeev was one of the deputies of the City Council, to which the Musatyan offered a bribe. And he gave detailed testimonies about this. He also filed a lawsuit to withdraw a competitor from the elections.

After the restoration of the status of Musatyan as a candidate, Gismeev, like Makarevich, went to a namesake-collector on a scandalous banner. Yes, and the slogan of the knockers of the debts “good should be with fists” obviously hints at the Gismeeus biography: Almaz - the world champion in kickboxing.

Arctic TV regularly issues stories dedicated to Gismeev, Makarevich and another visible candidate from the Socialist Revolutionaries Andrei Chernev, in which he sharply criticizes the latter, not embarrassed in expressions. And the editor-in-chief of the television channel 33-year-old Anastasia Kareva became the chairman of the regional cell of the Pensioners for Justice party, from which numerous doubles advanced to the elections. Including Almaz Gismeev and Andrey Chernev.

Both citizens with lightning speed changed the name in the registry office of the city of Zaozersk and received passports with new data just as lightning speed.

True, one of them - “Gismeeva” - nevertheless removed from the elections for unaccounted dual citizenship and a hidden criminal record for robbery.

According to candidate Andrei Chernev, a machine decorated with a scandalous banner, often stands at the Cunga-Chang recreation center, which is also associated with Musatyan. She also travels to the Leninsky District of Murmansk.

“Arctic TV” actively twists the advertising video of the “Gismeev-Collector” (he, like the radioorclam of the same agency, was transferred to Elle Panfilova Sergey Mironov along with a complaint about black technology in the Murmansk region).

It is curious that the collectors themselves are not alien to the media business: in the extract of the Unified State Register, it is indicated that in July the enterprise received the license of Roskomnadzor for broadcasting. On the regulator’s website, it can be found that a license with number 30700 was really issued to a certain “Arctic Radio” belonging to Vilen LLC. However, so far, Murmansk journalists have not heard anything about the activities of the radiophrostic collectors. The phone indicated on the advertising banner is also disconnected.
