The court considered that until March 29, the publication was a project of the Violence.No Center, which was recognized as a foreign agent. In April, protocols were drawn up against the center and its head, Anna Rivina, under the article on violating the procedure for the activities of an NPO-foreign agent (part 2 of article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) due to the lack of marking in the April publications of Utopia. Rivina was fined 100,000 by the court.

In June, Anna Rivina was fined 150 thousand rubles, now the total amount of fines of the center under the article on foreign agents is 900 thousand rubles.

Utopia denies any connection with the center, but in June the publication decided to label its materials.
