On September 12, in a small village of Buzhaninovo, a 65-year-old pensioner Natalya Eremkin was raped and killed. Local media reported that workers from Central Asia did it, because of which "the village in recent times turned into aul." After the murder, the inhabitants of the village twice gathered for the "people's gathering" demanding to disperse migrants from the local enterprise. Governor Andrei Vorobyov and the head of the Investigative Committee (SK) Alexander Bastrykin immediately reacted to the demands of the inhabitants. "Cold" says what is happening in Buzhaninovo.

65-year-old pensioner Natalya Eremkina did not return home on September 12. According to her son, that day she walked from a summer residence, which was a 15 -minute walk from the house, and disappeared along the road. At 18:18 she was called one of the grandchildren, but the phone was turned off. The son went to look for her, then employees of the local church joined him. He says that the mother’s body was found only at about 23:00 - he was discovered “by chance; We found a jar, a shoe, a bag, things, tights, then the body of the mother. ” It turned out that she "did not reach only 400 meters to the house." The son of Eremkina added that the criminals dragged a pensioner from a path of 30 meters, so that "it would not catch his eye."

To the question of the “cold”, as Natalya Eremkin, the locals say: “Very good, very kind.” Natalia has two children - Alexander Eremkin and Ekaterina Fayzrahmanova, as well as three grandchildren. The husband of Eremkina, the locals say, have long died. “She is from Mordovia, but Russian. Nimble, thin. Drevles, he does everything, singsioner, ”says one of the residents of Buzhaninovo.

The neighbors on the entrance of Natalia Eremkina say that “she was a devout”, and on the day of the murder first went to the temple for Sunday prayer, and then “ran to the refectory”, where she helped to prepare lunch after the service.

After the service, Eremkin went to the cottage, and returned home alone, while chose the road shorter, which rarely walked. According to the local resident of the novel, the road along which Natalia was walking is a rifle, desert places, and it is better not to walk there alone.

After some time, police officers detained two suspects nearby - according to the SK, they turned out to be “two citizens of one of the neighboring states of 1988 and 1984”. Later they were charged with rape and murder (part 1 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 131 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The inhabitants of Buzhaninovo are sure that there was a third attacker who managed to escape - this is discussed in public and chats. There is no official information about this.

On the same day, the local editions of Kopeyka and Alternative Gazeta published letters from readers who were told about what had happened. One of them was signed by the name of Marina Timoshkin. It said that "the body was found three meters from the railway in a forest belt, similar to murder." The reader also said that, according to rumors, “already found killers”, and that they have “Caucasian faces”.

The Alternative Gazeta published a screenshot from a local public on VKontakte, where a certain Vladimir said that "three bastards of Tajik nationality raped and killed a 65-year-old local woman collecting mushrooms."

The anonymous reader of the Kopeyka newspaper wrote that "the village in recently turned into aul." She explained that the leadership of the Local Plant "Ecosn" redeemed the building in the village, and it was equipped with a hostel for migrants. “They are everywhere. In stores, in minibuses, on benches, playgrounds, ”the publication said.

According to Igor Pashanin, the director of the Retail Union of the Ecosn group of companies, 987 people work in Buzhaninovo, of which 399 are foreigners and 588 - Russians. In the village, the company acquired the building of the former garage in which it equipped the production workshop. About 150 people lived in the hostel, according to the Council of Nina Filonenko.

At the same time, the letters came to the press earlier than the UK officially announced that the men were detained - the release appeared only around midnight, after the start of the folk “gathering”. Photos of the suspects were attached to the materials. The Kopeyka newspaper Kolda said that these photos were also sent by a local resident. They were allegedly “sent to her by an employee of the organs for identification, since shortly before the incident, the girl saw two drunken non -Russians next to the place where the woman was found,” says the newspaper employee Andrei Mardasov.

In the evening near the hostel, a "folk gathering" began. The inhabitants of Buzhaninovo demanded that the commandant of the hostel let them inside. Some threatened to burn the building. According to the media, more than 200 people participated in the action. According to a local resident Natalia Golubeva, the “gathering” was organized by the “initiative group”, in which she also consists. “We discussed this situation inside the chat in the Buzhaninovo group, after which several people turned to [journalists] Andrei Mardasov and Andrei Trofimov,” she says. Golubeva explained to the “cold” that at the request of the “initiative group”, journalists came to the village and “went on live” on social networks.

Andrei Trofimov is the creator of the Alternative Gazeta, in which a screenshot of the message about the "three bastards of Tajik nationality" appeared. Andrei Mardasov is a journalist of the Kopeyka publication, it was he who published a letter from the reader that "the village turned into aul." Mardasov is also a deputy of the local council and candidate for deputies of the State Duma.

It was after Trofimov and Mardasov began to broadcast the video on how they approach the hostel, people began to go outside and demand that the hostel be removed from the village. Parents told the journalists who arrived that they were afraid to let their children go out into the street, and the girls said that foreign workers offered them “intimate things”. The protesters dispersed only after midnight.

Late in the evening after the “people's gathering”, Mikhail Tokarev-the head of the Sergius-Posad district- said that the authorities will meet with the owners of the hostel and demand that it be closed. Although at the same time he emphasized that two men who were detained by investigators did not live in the hostel and had nothing to do with “eco -like”. They worked at a summer cottage near Buzhaninov and spent the night in a tent there.

Despite the fact that the suspects were not connected with the hostel, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov on September 14 personally ordered the evictation of migrants from the village. He also spoke about the "raids" throughout the region, promising "where there is anxiety", to take "the most stringent measures." The next day, the head of the Investigative Committee (SK) Alexander Bastrykin instructed the situation in the village. Earlier, similar mass evictions of migrants took place in Moscow, the reason was a fight near the Kuzminki metro station in mid -July, when more than a hundred people were detained. At the end of August, the mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced that there were several mass fights and "in recent months ... 800 criminal cases have been instituted." In a post called “this will not work” he spoke about mass deportation and a ban on entering the country for individual migrants. These messages appeared on the eve of the State Duma elections, which will be held on September 17-19.

On September 14, a meeting of the authorities and police with local residents was held in the village, where the head of the district Mikhail Tokarev also promised that there would be no more migrants in the hostel. In the afternoon, all the migrants who lived in the building left it - according to the director of the Ecosn enterprise Andrei Filonenko, they will live in hotels near Moscow, and they will be brought to the enterprise by buses.

On Tuesday evening, the inhabitants of Buzhaninovo again gathered for the next “gathering” in the school building. The head of the Sergius-Posad city district Mikhail Tokarev also came to the meeting. At first he said that the detainees are citizens of Tajikistan, and they came from Moscow to build a private house not far from the place where they found the body of Natalia Eremkina. He again assured the inhabitants that the attackers “had nothing to do with the hostel” and at the Ecofnes enterprise “never worked”.

“Of course, as a resident, it would not be very pleasant if I had under the windows, around the yards, there were gastarbaiters in the village,” he tried to reassure the locals. - The owner and I agreed that this room for migrant workers would not be used. Please talk at home with children, with relatives that we should not succumb to any provocations and begin to sort things out: “I am Russian, and you are not Russian”.

The deputy chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sergiev Posad Nikolai Golyasov came to a meeting with the inhabitants of Buzhaninovo. He noticed that since 2020, “not a single appeal of the boorish behavior, oppression, and the violation of migration legislation” had not been from the residents of the village. To the question of the “cold”, whether migrants commit crimes are committed more often than the inhabitants of the Russian Federation, he replied that “he would not say that there are more of them.” According to him, on the night of the murder of Eremkin in the Moscow region, there was a “no less resonant” rape that the Russian committed. “We are not saying that it is Russian who commits a crime,” Golystov emphasized.

"They themselves are afraid"

The saleswoman of the local "Pyaterochka" Natalia worked in the store on the day of the murder of Eremkina. She says that the alleged criminals after the murder came to Pyaterochka, and after that they were identified by video surveillance cameras, and one of the attackers during this time had already managed to spit a beard. “They were here for the last two weeks, I saw them. One of the local residents in a conversation with the “cold” emphasized that migrants living in a hostel behave completely differently than these “visors”. “I work on Eco -Owls, and there they are all normal, adequate people. They are already afraid, you know. Here, too, their youth, they also put them in place, ”she says. “They are afraid to say“ hello ”, they have fear in their eyes.”

At the Ecovna plant, the daughter of Natalia Eremkina Ekaterina is also working, and one of the migrants Farrhodes Narziev lived in the country with the son of the deceased Alexander. He told the BBC that he helped to look for a woman when she disappeared: “I was on Sunday night, until the morning with them. From Sani [the son of the deceased] did not move a step away. ” In a commentary on the publication, he noted that after the death of Eremkin, the attitude of the locals towards him did not change.

At about five in the evening of September 14, a group of migrants was still evicted from the factory dormitory - they drove the wagon to the entrance, where they stacked their mattresses and personal belongings, the security guard of the plant was watching the process (the room belongs to the “eco -vaccines” - approx. “Cold”) . At first they said that such a decision was made by their bosses, and then they made a reservation that they were leaving of their own free will. “I don’t know in Russian, the girl,” one of them ended the conversation.

A resident of Buzhaninovo Sergey, who works as a collector of double-glazed windows in Eco-Owl, told the cold that migrants did not make physical attacks in the village, but “they are pestering” to women, and because of this “a lot of families fell apart”. “I came across this myself, divorced my wife,” he assures. According to him, he does not communicate at work with migrants.

Many of the residents of Buzhaninovo residents of the residents say that the visitors behaved “inappropriately” and “a lot allowed themselves”, but none of them came across physical violence - fights happened only between migrants. “Full of them, of course. In each house, all the apartments have already been rented, what is it for business? They would not have been allowed to rent in apartments, in housing houses, in our entrances, so that these everyone lives. There is one hotel and let it be, ”says one of the local residents. “They used to be calm before, they will run to the store and hide. And now they are rummaging around, wherever they sit down, from under each bush, from somewhere they emerge, you will only go, look, they alone, they are alone, ”another woman from the village is indignant. “Now they began to fight [with migrants]. Before that, our district police officer had never taken the phone. They [police] come to the Russians, but they are afraid of these, ”said Natalia, the saleser of Pyaterochka.

The deputy chief of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sergiev Posad Nikolay Golyastov has already said that a supporting point of the police will be opened in the village, "there will be a schedule for reception of the population." At the same time, he noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs will not distinguish a separate district police officer to the village (according to 2010, it was 1.7 thousand inhabitants): “We cannot put in every yard a district police officer.”

A local resident who emphasized that migrants from the hostel are “normal, adequate people”, in a conversation with the “cold” added that “removing” migrants from the village is still necessary: ​​“There is simply nationality, and it doesn’t matter whether they did it or not.” “If the Russians killed maniacs, it would be completely different,” her friend adds. - And here it is precisely this nationality that is all, this is a war. In every nationality there are good and there are bad ones, it is also impossible to row all under one comb. [But] no longer let them live here. ”

“I recently jokingly said to someone:“ Soon the elections. Surely, there will be some news about the migrant who hit someone's dog, and everywhere they will show and discuss it, ”says, in turn, a lawyer, a member of the Memorial Human Rights Bakhrom Khamroev. - True, the situation, unfortunately, in the end turned out to be much more tragic than in my joke. The leading researcher at the Institute of People's Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences Dmitry Poletaev notes that “people tend to blame strangers,” while not only foreigners, but also people from other regions, for example, Chechnya, Dagestan or just a neighboring city, may encounter accusations. “When our tourists come to Turkey, one got drunk and forgot, do they send everyone? - he notes. - No, they call the police, and the rest know that this cannot be done. I believe that the case is in a system that does not work: [no] preventive work with migrants, law enforcement agencies missed something. According to Khamroev, “folk gatherings” are a frequent phenomenon, and often they occur along the ruff of the authorities - “people carefully incite and let the steam let go.” “If there really were so many problems from migrants, a visa regime would have long been introduced. But he is not all. Quality labor is beneficial for Russia, the economic situation has this. And at the same time, you can use it for political purposes or to ostentatious struggle with extremism, ”he says. Dmitry Poletaev agrees with him: “Migrants are a very convenient external enemy, because they do not vote [in the elections], and the search for the enemy is very convenient to start with foreigners.”
