• The Court of Cassation returned for retrial the case under the “Dada” article against Novosibirsk activist Yana Drobnokhod. In March, the court of first instance dismissed the case of “repeated violation of the rules of participation in public events” and released the woman from the pre-trial detention center. The interests of Drobnokhod were defended by lawyers from OVD-Info Elena Shirnina and Dmitry Shitov.
• The international association of investigative journalists OCCRP has stopped working in Russia. Over the past month, most of their Russian partners have been added to the list of “foreign agents” and “undesirable organizations.”
• A defendant in the Yalta Hizb ut-Tahrir case, Emir-Usein Kuku, who was sentenced to 12 years in prison, was placed on occupational duty in a colony. The prisoner fears provocations from FSIN employees and a new criminal case.

• In Moscow, on Red Square, four civil activists were detained for unfurling the banner “Freedom for Navalny! Putin to jail! and a journalist covering the action. One of the protesters was beaten by police, and the journalist’s ID was taken away. The interests of the detainees were represented by lawyer from OVD-Info Sergei Telnov.
• The capital's police officers interrupted the actions of three picketers who spoke out against United Russia , as well as in support of independent candidates in the elections . Assistance to the protesters at the OVD was provided by lawyers from OVD-Info Alexander Salamov and Sergey Telnov.
