Nizhny Novgorod businessman Mikhail Iosilevich, accused in the case of an “undesirable organization” (Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code), had the ban on certain actions replaced with a written undertaking not to leave. Iosilevich was under recognizance not to leave the place, and on January 30, 2021, he was transferred to a pre-trial detention center. According to investigators, the businessman tried to put pressure on the witness. Later, Iosilevech was accused of threatening to kill a witness (Part 2 of Article 119 of the Criminal Code).

Then he was released from the pre-trial detention center; on August 18, the court prohibited the entrepreneur from receiving mail, using the telephone and the Internet, attending public events and communicating with the victim in the case.
