Observers: Voting numbers in Krasnogorsk on the CIK website are overstated compared to protocol data

According to the PEC, the Communist Party, and representative of the Fair Russia - for truth! Gleb of the drunk received at polling stations No. 1221 and No. 1223 in Krasnogorsk more votes than United Russia. At the same time, on the CEC website, the voting figures for EP have been overstated, observers told Novaya Gazeta.

According to the protocol “in the federal constituency in the State Duma”, 148 signatures received 148 signatures on the site No. 1221 “United Russia”, however, 448 are indicated on the site. The numbers diverge in the “The results of voting to the Moscow Regional Duma”: “United Russia” received 132 votes, but the number 433 is indicated on the cycle website.

In the vote in a single -mandate constituency in the State Duma, a candidate from the United Russia party Sergey Kolunov received 112 votes, and the CEC website says that he was supported by 412 people. The same thing happened with the candidate from EP Roman Volodin: in a single -mandate constituency in the Moscow Region, he scored 129 votes, but according to the CEC, 429.

A similar situation has developed at the PEC No. 1223 : in the vote to the State Duma, United Russia received 130 signatures, but GAS “Elections” claims that 430 . In the Moscow Region, according to the protocol, 117 people voted for the “EP”, but the CEC website noted that the party received 417 votes. Kolunov, according to the protocol, is 97 signatures, however, 397 on the site . Volodin received 108 votes, but 408 are indicated on the site.

In addition, observers Sergey Garnov and Evgeny Goncharenko noticed inconsistencies in the reporting of the protocols and on the site. For example, the protocol states that, in a single -mandate constituency in the State Duma, the commission issued 489 ballots in the room on the day of voting, and the site says that 789.

For all identified violations, observers who were members of the commission with the right of deliberate vote submitted applications to the TEC of Krasnogorsk with requests to establish the reasons for the discrepancy between the data.

On September 21, the Central Election Commission distributed places between the parties in the State Duma. United Russia received 324 out of 450 seats - this is 19 less than before. The Communist Party went to 57 seats, “Fair Russia” - 27, the LDPR - 21, “New People” - 13. The “Civil Platform”, “Homeland” and the Growth Party received one mandate, five more nominates. As a result, United Russia will have a constitutional majority in the lower house of parliament.
