Voting in the State Duma elections took place on September 17-19. Based on the results of processing, 100% of the CEC protocols reported 49.82% of the votes cast by United Russia, 18.93% - the Communist Party, 7.55% - LDPR, 7.46% - “Fair Russia” and 5.32% - “New People”.
In Moscow, electronic voting turned the results of the elections. Many candidates from “smart voting”, leading in the counting of votes in the sites, lost to candidates from the Sobyanin List at the very last moment. Presumably, this happened due to the entry into the system of electronic voting results.
