The preliminary results of the elections to the State Duma and the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg show that United Russia will lose part of its representatives, and Yabloko, despite opposition from Smolny, will save deputies in the Mariinsky Palace. According to the results of the elections to the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg in 2016, six factions were formed. The most numerous was the United Russia, which scored 41.25% of the party’s vote and took 24 of 25 single -member districts. As a result, the YP faction of 36 deputies was formed. In total, there are 50 folk chosen ones in St. Petersburg, so that the party in power at that time had an overwhelming advantage and could not only accept any laws alone, but also, if necessary, to amend the charter of the city.

In 2021, the party in power significantly worsened its positions. The United Russia list gained 33.19% - this is less than in the 2011 protest elections (36.96%). The current result of the party in power is the worst over the past ten years.

Things are no better in single -mandate districts. In 2016, out of 25 St. Petersburg districts, 24 went to United Russia. Now she has only 16 mandates. Another 10-11 deputies will be held on party science.

A success with a discount on the unpredictable development of events can be called the result obtained by the St. Petersburg "Yabloko".

The party put up a strong first three, headed by Boris Vishnevsky, the second was the Ombudsman Alexander Shishlov, the third was his assistant Olga Stannikova. Despite the opposition of Smolny-and the governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, wanted to fail the party list-the voters decided in their own way. The story with two fake Boris Vishnevsky played into the hands of Yabloko. She showed the whole world the true face of the Russian elections and added popularity to the Vishnevsky present. As a result, Yabloko receives 9.02% according to the list and holds two deputies to the ZAS, and Alexander Beglov will have to endure the restless Boris Vishnevsky for a long time with his uncomfortable requests and requirements.

The second part of the party list is received by the Communist Party with 17.55% of the vote. Given two more winners in single -mandate districts, the party will strengthen its presence in the Parliament of St. Petersburg from three people in the last convocation to five. The deputy mandate will receive the leader of the St. Petersburg city party committee, the young communist Roman Kononenko, will preserve the deputy mandate and the construction tycoon from the Leader of the Group Alexander Radudov and the Irina Ivanova who won the single -mandate district.

The party “Fair Russia - for Truth” (SRZP), received 12.81% of the vote, also performed decently. The leader of the list, Marina Shishkina, actively opposed the falsifications of voting results, which traditionally accompanied the St. Petersburg elections. As a result, the Socialist -Revolutionaries faction in the Parliament of St. Petersburg can double from three deputies in the past convocation to six in the current one due to three victories in single -mandate districts.

The failure can be considered a performance in the St. Petersburg elections of the LDPR party.

According to the party specialist, Zhirinovites received only 7.89%. Even Vladimir Zhirinovsky, who was heading at the head of the St. Petersburg list, could not attract voters to his side, and now, instead of the three Eldepaerians, only one will sit in the Mariinsky Palace.

But the fresh party “New People” scored 10.11% in the elections in St. Petersburg - these are two deputies on the list and one winner in the district. The opposition breaks into the Duma

The total domination of the party will not work as a result of elections to the State Duma. Of the eight single-member districts of EP, six mandates are obtained-one less than in 2016. In the district No. 217, Oksana Dmitrieva from the “Growth Party” by a third bypassed the candidate from “United Russia” Lyubov Egorov, a famous Soviet skier. The remaining mandates go to candidates from Osra. In the district No. 214, Elena Drapeko from the SRZP traditionally won. The result is not yet clear in the district No. 212, where the niece of the leader of the Fair Russia party Sergei Mironov Nadezhda Tikhonov beats with a candidate from United Russia Alexander Teterdinko. In the district, a record number of falsifications was recorded, in particular, on the night of September 19, cameras turned off in a number of sites, and the safe packages with ballots were not sealed. In addition, “carousels” and stuffing were noticed there. The Socialist -Revolutionaries are accused of violations of United Russia Teterdinko. The counting in the district has not yet ended, and the leaders go to the nostril to the nostril. It is interesting who has enough resource for victory: Sergey Mironov or the former father -in -law Alexander Teterdinko and the most influential member of the horizificity of St. Petersburg Dmitry Krasnyansky, whom the head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova called the shadow head of the commission.

As for the results on regional lists, in all eight Duma districts the “United Russia” leads with the highest result of 41.66% in the district No. 211 and 30.26% - in the district No. 218. Next comes the Communist Party with an average result from 16 to 19%. The third result is about 14%.

These are the preliminary results of the elections in St. Petersburg, but the numbers will not radically change and it can be stated that United Russia, despite all the administrative resource, drying and traditional falsifications, could not maintain the result at the 2016 level and greatly reduce its representation in the St. Petersburg parliament.
