In St. Petersburg, a 11th grade student was summoned with his mother to the juvenile inspector after the guy posted on his page on VKontakte on September 19 an entry about the elections, where he asked how many stuffing had been done on the site at his school. The young man himself told OVD-Info about this.

On September 19, the juvenile inspector called the family and demanded that the publication be removed. The student's mother, he said, in response, "asked if she caught all the criminals, and hung up." On September 21, at a meeting, a police officer threatened to put the guy on the register "as prone to anti-social behavior." “I experienced some kind of maximum humiliation from an incredible dialogue,” said the young man OVD-Info.

Clarification at 18:10 September 22. The meeting of the PDN inspector with the student and his mother was scheduled earlier than the record of the elections due to several absences from school for family reasons. However, in the future, an entry about stuffing in the elections was added to the list of claims of the police officer, which she called a “provocation” over the phone and demanded to be deleted.

After that, the student published a record that she called and used obscene language there. It was because of this entry that the inspector threatened to register him.
