In Moscow, a picketer who spoke in support of Article 31 of the Constitution was fined 10 thousand rubles.

The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow imposed a fine of 10,000 rubles on Alexander Tveryakhin because of a solitary picket on Red Square. This was announced by his defender from OVD-Info Denis Eliseev.

Tveryakhin was found guilty of violating the order of the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The man was detained and taken to the Kitay-Gorod police station on September 20. He held a picket with a poster "The 31st article of the Constitution - to the citizens of the Russian Federation."
