Islamova is the general director of Istok-Real LLC, selling metal pipes. The woman became a suspect in the copyright violation case after last September last year to combat economic crimes in the management of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Sverdlovsk Region (OBEP), when an unexpected check of the company, discovered 1C unlicensed program for seven computers. According to Islamova, she had a license to use the program for 23 jobs, with a margin.
At the same time, 1C representatives have no claim to Islamova, saying that they entered into a settlement agreement with her - the woman paid a fine of 165 thousand rubles.
Lyudmila Islamova is the mother of four children. The eldest son, student of UrFU, 21 years old, the youngest daughter for four years. There is another 12-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy.
According to lawyer Dmitry Zagainov, which he expressed in an interview with E1, they can really give a real term, but - a malicious offender who comes across a second time. “In this case, children are a mitigating circumstance, and there should not be real imprisonment. Although, judging by the statistics, there were such cases, but very rarely. In my practice, no one received real terms. Until 2011, such criminal cases that reached the court were very frequent. Now there is an opportunity to agree with the victims, and we must use this opportunity, ”Sagainov sums up.
