The structure of Rosmolodezh - the autonomous non -profit organization “Center for the study and network monitoring of the youth environment” (ANO “Tsism” ), created on behalf of President Vladimir Putin, will receive 1.6 billion rubles to create a system for identifying students prone to socially dangerous and destructive behavior.

How exactly the system will work is still unknown. The head of the Liquid Studio Accenture in Russia Arseniy Kondratyev suggested that the system can be based on a neural network, trained on a large number of texts written by people with mental or social deviations.
