In Magnitogorsk, the coordinator of the “Left Front” was charged with organizing an unapproved rally

Oleg Kovalev, the coordinator of the "Left Front" in Magnitogorsk, was charged with organizing an uncoordinated action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He himself informed OVD-Info about this.

Kovalev was detained on September 12 on the day of the Left Front action. According to him, the police explained the detention by reposting the publication of the announcement of the rally from the public “||Shame Board Magnitogorsk|| ANTIHYPE".

The reposted text refers to the place and time of the planned action, as well as its goals: to oppose electoral fraud, forced vaccination, raising the retirement age and taxes, the destruction of medicine and the “genocide of the country's population”.

The hearing in the Kovalev case is scheduled for September 27.
