The Central Election Commission summed up the final results of the State Duma elections based on mandates and turnout

CEC Chairman Ella Pamfilova at a meeting on Friday summed up the results of the elections. The commission recognized them as valid: all 15 members of the Central Election Commission signed the protocol and summary tables of voting results.

United Russia received 324 seats out of 450 as a result of voting. The Communist Party of the Russian Federation has 57 seats, A Just Russia for Truth has 27, LDPR has 21, New People has 13, Civic Platform has 1, Motherland has 1, "Party of Growth" - 1, self-nominated - 5.

The final turnout, according to the CEC, was 51.72%. In total, 109.2 million people were included in the voter lists, and almost 56.5 million participated in the elections, Pamfilova said.

She noted that only 40,605 ballots were declared invalid: “This is 0.0004%, which means ten thousandth of a percent of the number of ballots issued to the voter <…> at 157 polling stations in 43 regions of the country.” The reasons for ballot stuffing at polling stations in Adygeya, North Ossetia-Alania, Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kemerovo and Moscow regions will be "thoroughly studied by law enforcement agencies," Pamfilova added.
