“Sanitary case” in Saratov, a new “undesirable” organization and searches of protesters in Moscow. We talk about the main news on September 27.

• In Moscow, security forces conducted searches in the case of blocking roads on January 23 in support of Alexei Navalny: investigative actions took place in the apartment of Roman Zapolsky, as well as at Ilya Solovyov’s. At the end of the investigation, both were detained and taken in for questioning as witnesses.
• A criminal case was opened against the former head of Navalny’s headquarters in Saratov, Dmitry Tsibirev, for violating sanitary and epidemiological rules due to the protests. He was given a recognizance not to leave the place.
• The Prosecutor General's Office recognized the European Network of Election Observation Organizations as “undesirable.” Security officials said that the project “represents a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order and security of the Russian Federation.”
• A Jehovah's Witness from Ufa was sentenced to two years probation under the article on organizing the activities of an extremist organization. His co-religionist Viktor Stashevsky, who is in a Krasnodar colony, was placed in a punishment cell under the pretext of the severity of the crime.
• Sentenced to 16.5 years in prison in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case, Teimur Abdullayevwas sent to a punishment cell three times in a month. The prisoner’s mother, who visited him in the colony, said that her son looked “like he was from a concentration camp.”
• In Chechnya, a crowd of security forces came to the relatives of blogger Tumso Abdurakhmanov. Law enforcement officers threatened “blood feud” if the man did not stop criticizing Ramzan Kadyrov.
• The coordinator of the Perm National Bolsheviks, Kirill Imashev,was arrested for 15 days; his interests were defended by a lawyer from OVD-Info, Andrei Shchukin. An administrative case was opened against the activist due to an action against election fraud that took place in Yekaterinburg.
• In Moscow, because of a facial recognition system, police detained participants in a protest against election fraud: State Duma candidate from A Just Russia Georgy Fedorov and current State Duma deputy Sergei Obukhov. The security forces released the latter after a call with an “order to release.”
• The capital’s security forces interrupted several peaceful protests: at the monument to Marshal Zhukov, picketer Roman Abysov was detained with a poster “My choice was stolen again, and the country’s future was stolen,” and two girls were detained on Pushkinskaya Square with posters “Putin, go away” and “Putin lies.” And a resident of Novy Urengoy, Mikhail Kataev,reported threats after the “Signal if against Putin” campaign.
