One of my Frand in the FB recently took his son to a male gymnastics. When the boy shattered, the coach grabbed his ear. The boy was hurt, he was frightened. At five, in an unfamiliar environment, it is not easy to remain cold -blooded when an adult athlete hurts you.
Frend wrote about this case in the FB. The school administration asked him to publish an open response letter. It is fine without convolutions:
“The coach <...> noted that the maximum of his impact on the child was in the following action - to take the ear for educational purposes due to inattention and lack of reaction to the oral remarks of the coach. Moreover, the action was aimed not at causing harm to health [boy], but was disciplinary in nature. ”
The post of my French on the social network in this, excuse me, is described as follows: “On the same day, the administration [sports school] received a notification that [on this day] you posted a complaint on the VKontakte social network.”
And the “open letter” ends with the recommendation to solve the constructive questions “directly, and not through social networks”, the end of the quote.
To paraphrase the classic into this difficult environment, I will write this way: you want to imagine the future - imagine an adult who carries by the ears of a five -year -old boy, and then recommends his parents not to write about it on social networks, but to solve questions personally. And so all the time.
This is all that I wanted to say about publicity, openness and constructive dialogue with people who have the right to violence and authority, this evening.
