The family of the head of Rostec, Sergei Chemezov, hid the property of 22 billion rubles in offshore, including Super Superity and Villa in Spain
“I am not engaged in accumulation. I will not store money in the corners. I have no yachts and aircraft. There is a good big house where we live with the family. There is a big apartment ... I'm not going to build palaces, and there is no need. What I have is quite enough, ” said Sergey Chemezov in an interview with RBC in 2019.
Formally, a 85-meter yacht Valerie really does not have Chemezov. According to the discharge from the Saint-Vincent and Grenadin ship registry, the company has a company from the British Virgin Islands Delima Services Limited. And offshore, as it turned out from the documents of the Trident Trust registrar, is owned by Anastasia Ignatova, a 34-year-old stepdaughter Chemezova.
The boat was launched in 2011 in 2011, a beloved German shipyard Lürssen among Russian billionaires, which builds one of the most expensive yachts in the world. The interior was engaged in the specializing in the designs of the Super Superhot Studio Reymond Langton. The publication Superyachtfan rated Valerie at about $ 140 million (more than 10 billion rubles today).
In the summer of 2021, Valerievisited Monaco and Antiba - a resort city on the azure bank of France. Chemezov himself could not visit these countries because of the sanctions of the European Union. It was included in the sanctions list in 2014 as a long -standing friend of Vladimir Putin: Chemezov is a colleague of the President of Russia for the KGB. But Chemezov’s children, judging by their social networks, fly to rest on the resorts of Monaco, Ibitsa and mainland Spain, where in the half -closed village of S`agaro, Anastasia Ignatova has a villa worth 15 million euros (1.3 billion rubles).
As it became known from the Archive of Pandora, the Chemezov family may have another villa in another elite resort of Spain.
In 2013, the mother -in -law of Sergei Chemezova, Lyudmila Rukavishnikova, noted on her Facebook page that she visited the restaurant on the shore of the Spanish city of Marbella “with Oleg and Nastya” (probably with her husband and granddaughter Anastasia Ignatova). In 2016, the youngest son of Chemezov Sergey posted a photo from a vacation in Marbel in VKontakte.
Marbella (Marbella, "Beautiful Sea") is one of the most popular and luxurious resorts of Spain. Along its coast of Costa del Sol, which is called the “golden mile”, gorgeous villas are located. One of them, in the city of Estepon near Marbella, according to the Spanish Real Estate Register, belongs to Holytown Limited. The register does not indicate in which country this company is registered. However, she acquired real estate in Spain in the summer of 1998, and in the largest base of international Orbis companies there is only one existing company with the name that already existed then - it was established in April 1998 in the capital of Ireland.
In 2014, the Irish Holytown was bought by a company from the British Virgin Islands Penimar Holdings Limited, which, according to the documents of the offshore registrar Trident Trust, is in half Anastasia Ignatov and Lyudmila Ruvishnikova.
In the last available reporting for 2018, Holytown said that it owns a real estate for 8.5 million euros (more than 600 million rubles at the average rate of that year). The BBVA Spanish Bank Assessment Service evaluates the villa of 4.7 million euros. But this is only a building with more than 800 square meters, and there is also a plot of 27 "gold" hundred parts.
In the offshores of Anastasia Ignatova, perhaps not one villa and not one yacht is hidden. In the archive, which was studied by “important stories”, there were eight offshores, whose beneficiary was Ignatova. In the documents of four of them, the value of assets was indicated - 21 billion rubles (most likely, this amount has already taken into account the yacht for 10 billion). Plus the villa, total - almost 22 billion rubles.

On the shore of the Croatian Island of KRK is a small resort town of Malinsk. A picturesque place with healing air attracted Austrian monarchs in the 18th century, and in the XX century its potential was appreciated by the founder of the erotic magazine Penthouse Bob Gucheno. In the 1970s, he made from Malinsky one of the best resorts on the Adriatic coast. About his Haludovo Palace Hotel Hotel with the Penthouse Adriatic Club Casino casino, legends are composed : guests from all over the world allegedly eaten hundreds of kilograms of lobster, one of the basins was filled with champagne, and among politicians who relaxed at the hotel was Saddam Hussein. In 1991, the war began in Croatia, and Guccion had already went bankrupt by this time. Refugees lived in the hotel, and after the end of the war he was in a dilapidated state.
At the beginning of the XXI century, the owner of the Hoteli Haludovo Malinska joint -stock company became businessman Ara Abramyan, the president of the Armenians of Russia and friend Sergei Chemezov (the latter himself talked about this). And in 2003, as “important stories” learned, almost 10 % in Hoteli Holudovo Malinska received the second wife of Chemezova - Ekaterina Ignatova.
Abramamyan wanted to rebuild the resort. He has experience with real estate: he was engaged in the reconstruction of the Kremlin, built an elite house in a Swedish impasse, known as the "House of Putin's Friends", and traded plots in Barvikha. But in Croatia, his business did not go. Abramen could not at his disposal the necessary plots of land, in particular beaches and parking, got bogged down in the courts and began to scold the Croatian authorities.
Since 2009, Ekaterina Ignatova has reduced her share in Hoteli Holudovo Malinska to 0.49 % and two years later rewrote it to an offshore from the British Virgin Islands Linkpoint Services Limited, whose beneficiary her daughter Anastasia is the beneficiary.
Of course, it is easy to assume that Sergey Chemezov gives money for yachts and villas and mother -in -law. In the end, he is even officially rich in a rich person: only over the past eight years, Chemezov and his wife declared an income of 7.5 billion rubles. But Chemezov himself denies this. When journalists talked about the villa of Anastasia Ignatova and Lyudmila Rukavishnikova in the village of S wagaro, Chemezov replied that they were “not on its provision”, and they themselves are engaged in business and “get appropriate income”. Nevertheless, the study of open sources makes it doubt this: of course, there is income, however, to buy yachts and villas, it is just not appropriate.
In the documents of offshore companies, Anastasia Ignatov is called either an entrepreneur or a university teacher, and Rukavishnikova is called a real estate agent . The source of their funds indicates salaries and personal savings, and the question is whether they relate to “politically significant persons” (Political Exposed Person) or their relatives, left unanswered.

The average salary of the teacher MGIMO is almost 160 thousand rubles per month. She has a couple of companies in Russia that can bring tens of millions a year - but rubles, not dollars. Company Anastasia Ignatova
AIS Development owns a historical estate in the center of Moscow, on 38 Alexander Solzhenitsyn Street, renting this estate could bring the company about 24 million rubles a year.
Another company Ignatova Pharmpt, according to the Contour. Focus database, from 2017 to 2019 owned 25 % of the Mega Farm pharmacy network Alexander Vinokurov, whose pharmaceutical business is associated with Rostec. The Pharmpta net profit in 2018–2020 amounted to 46 million rubles.
Anastasia Ignatov is supposedly married to the president of the CSKA basketball club Andrei Vatutin. Vatutin has 50 % of the company "Vodacakonsultinggroup", which owns 25 % RT-waterocanal (another 25 % in the daughter of Rostec). Both companies were registered at the end of 2020, their reports are not yet available.
The 75-year-old Rukavishnikova is really closely related to real estate. True, most of her assets found until now, rather, exacerbate the question of where the money comes from. So, at different times, journalists found eight hectares of land in Rublevka, a huge penthouse on Malaya Nikitskaya Street and an apartment in a house on Vovarskaya Street in Moscow.
Of the assets that bring money, several are known, which went to Rostec Rostec Rostec. This is a business center on Spiridonovka, office premises on Znamenka and part of the Sochi Sanatorium "Green Grove". Here we can talk about tens of millions a year, but also rubles. Lyudmila Rukavishnikova
AFK Service, in which Rukavishnikova has 42.5 %, owns a business center on a Spiridonovka, 20 rented an area of 2200 square meters, which can bring up to 60 million rubles a year.
According to the materials of the Arbitration Court, Lyudmila Rukavishnikova leases non -residential premises with a total area of 274 square meters in the "Znamenka residence" within walking distance from the Kremlin. They went into property from a company that the former financial director of AvtoVAZ Mikhail Moskalev (AvtoVAZ is part of Rostec) used to own her . The rental of these premises can bring about 12 million rubles a year.
Also, Rukavishnikova owned a mansion with an area of almost a thousand square meters next to the sanatorium in Sochi “Green Grove”, which Rostec restored to the Olympics. According to the publication "Co.", Rukavishnikova owned a mansion until July 2020 (now the owner is hidden in the Russian real estate register).
In general, the well -known businesses of Anastasia Ignatova and Lyudmila Rukavishnikova do not allow us to understand where the grandmother and granddaughter came from 22 billion rubles in offshore. The press service of Rostec also did not help “important stories” answer this question.
