But the archive also has documents related to Envoy Associates Limited, which are dated to 2017, when the ban was already adopted. In these documents, Oleg Tkach’s wife, Natalya Tkach, is called the beneficiary of Envoy Associates, and it is separately stipulated that she owns the company through the trust, and the senator’s daughter, Olesya, was called the Trustean (perhaps she replaced her father in this position).

The publication notes that Tkach and Uzun bought an “education” from the state in 2011 with the participation of Putin's friend Arkady Rotenberg. Now the publishing house is a monopolist of the educational literature market. In the spring of this year, 25% of the company bought three state structures - VEB, Sberus and the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
