When asked about marital status, Gagiev called himself a polygamist and informed the court that he had an official wife at the age of 17, when he needed a residence permit, and he only had civilian spouses. He added that he has 21 children. Of these, 11 minors, the youngest of which is three and a half years.

“I was a free artist,” the defendant said, answering the question about the place of work, “first built nuclear installations, then built ships. I earned money. The last place of work is the shipbuilding shipyard WADAN YARDS in Germany. Then I sat in prison in Austria. ”

A villain, but not a scoundrel

After that, the prosecutor asks to introduce a copy of the protocols about the graduation of the school and university to the materials of the criminal case, which must confirm that Gagiev speaks the Russian language. The investigation believes that Gagiev was the organizer of all murders, but not a performer. According to law enforcement officers, he gave orders to eliminate people when he himself was in another region. The gang of Aslan Gagiev was accused of more than 60 crimes, but they are being judged now in only five. As his lawyer Alexei Egorov explained to Novaya Gazeta, this is due to the fact that Austria has not yet given permission to expand the prosecution against Gagiev.
