According to his information, users began to fix problems at 13:54 throughout Russia. They touched on the mobile application and the web version of the bank.

As RBC writes , when you try to enter the Sberbank application, messages appear: “Sberbank Online is temporarily unavailable. We are already restoring it - please try logging in in 15 minutes" or "The operation is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Sberbank's press service later told The Bell that the glitch had been fixed. “Due to technical reasons, a number of customers could experience difficulties logging in and conducting transactions in the application for several minutes,” she emphasized.
