The coach in the bag

Football coaches in Russia now find work thanks to the “Match TV”. About why this is not very good

Recently, the steering of the Kaliningrad "Baltic" (a team from the FNL) Evgeny Kaleshin resigned. There is nothing surprising in this first-bit event: the team played poorly (13th place after 14 rounds), and in defeats, as you know, the coach is always to blame. However, it is noteworthy here: at a combat post he was replaced by Sergey Ignashevich, who worked as an expert on the Match TV channel.

Someone will say: the former defender of CSKA and the Russian national team, who, by the way, managed the capital's “Torpedo”, who managed for 12 months, served as a reviewer for only a week, and the audience, in fact, did not even manage to enjoy the eloquent of the most silent person in domestic football. Everything is so. But the thing is that Ignashevich is by no means the first person with a diploma of a coach who gets (or returns) to the edge straight from the zombie.

By the way, at the end of summer, if anyone forgot, in the Ural Premier League, headed by Igor Shalimov, who for a long time explained to the audience the subtleties of the game and criticized both his colleagues and former wards in direct air. Practice in Yekaterinburg so far folds on his three, which is noted even by those gray -haired speaking heads with which he himself annealed on the number three button.

However, it is not the absence of coaching solidarity, but a trend. And the tendency, in my opinion, is vicious.

The reader will object: But what is terrible that the unemployed mentor who remained is out of business comes to specialized programs and analyzes the actions of the players for a wide audience in detail, explaining along the simultaneously the subtleties of English fun? “So this is just normal and natural,” I will answer. It is not normal that club bosses, as statistics show, are looking for new-old Senses exclusively on TV ...

Here, of course, a new question sounds silently: where, let me look? And they do not have to look for them. They must, excuse me, raise them. And even better - grow. But in our sports kingdom, nobody likes the incubator method. And this applies not only to teaching staff. Our football figures in ties do not like to invest in their own pupils. It is better to buy a dozen Africans, while sawing on transfers, and then also vote for the abolition of the limit on legionnaires, believing that in the notorious restriction on the number of foreigners in the composition and lies the main trouble of the Russian Socker. But the problem is different. And it lies in the absence of a desire to think about the future. Remember what cycle of trainers took place in his native championship in the 90s and early 2000s. Have you forgotten how many teams, for example, managed to change the legendary Alexander Tarkhanov? And how did the coaches for the Russian national team selected “carefully and painfully long”? Sadyrin, Romantsev, Ignatiev, Byshovets, Gazzaev, Yartsev, Semin ... And only the deputies in the State Duma, as well as the disease or death, no matter how blasphemous it sounded, they set up a cross on a career of powerful veterans. By and large, only Leonid Slutsky managed to break through in this closed in every sense that the professor club was possible.

With the advent of Match TV, the casting of coaches ceased to be a headache for cartridges. Yes, and applicants with a whistle and a tablet in their pockets no longer ask high-ranking acquaintances to put in a word for some governor and philanthropist for them. The future candidate for the post of steering, first of all, needs to light up in a conversational show, or rather, have fun and fervently play in the frame. I’m absolutely sure that the bosses and shareholders of the teams who need another martyr do not lead any certificates, do not study the coach’s background, but simply look under the cognac analytical programs and choose the applicant for experts that suits them. I directly see how one person with a cigar says to another: “Well, this is a fraerok? It seems to be cheerful, it looks fresh. Our club respects. We take it?! "

It is clear that they will not call anyone on television. And on the "Match TV" the star is driving a star. Here they make the show only the best. Without fools. And I will not throw pebbles either in the intelligent and attentive Rashid Rakhimov, nor in the hard and stubborn Andrei Talalaev, nor in the humorous and all -knowing Andrei Arshavin. And even more so, I’m not going to scream about Valery Karpin, who is “Match TV”, as the leadership of the channel jokes, helped to grow to Rostov and to the national team.

But the question is: would these and other famous citizens (look at the table) in clubs if they had not been in the seats of experts would be employed? I doubt it strongly.

Even the tongue -tied and scandalous Vladimir Bystrov spoke from the television screen to the post of assistant coach of the Russian youth team ... But, for example, the former Dynamo coaches Andrei Kobelev and Sergey Silkin do not fall into a large frame and, accordingly, continue to relax from nervous work.

Only a beautiful and kind Alexander Mostova was stuck in the expensive studio "Match TV". But the legend of “Celta”, we will be honest, never strove for coaching, although he periodically complains that he, the bright enemies and dark forces, do not give the chances to him, the bright king. But the pavement is an exception to the rules. And so, 99 percent of experts, quickly earned their portion of hype and media, then easily gain real work on the profile.

Take Yuri Semin. As soon as the 74-year-old monster, who was on vacation after resigning from Lokomotiv, is a bit to be pampering during the European Championship with George Cherdantsev and Nobel Arustamian-and he immediately materialized in Rostov. And I am ready to argue that Palych, who was not going to rest, who, unfortunately, could not revolutionize the Don, will receive another challenge if he again puts on the mantle of the football television expert again for a month.

The cycle of trainers continues ...
