The Aksai District Court of the Rostov Region received materials from an administrative case against local market entrepreneurs Akhmad Khashmathalil and Anzhelika Shchekina. Hashmathalil said that the entrepreneurs had gathered in the closed area of ​​the market next to their shops.

“We just took pictures and recorded a short video as a keepsake. The next day, at the entrance to the territory of the Atlant shopping complex, the police stopped me, gave me a summons to the department, where they familiarized me with the materials of the administrative case, ”he specified.
