In Simferopol, 15 people were detained who came to the building of the Crimean garrison military court. There, using video communication, a meeting of the Military Court of Appeal on the Red Guard case of Hizb ut-Tahrir was to be held. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity".

Kazim Ablyalimov, Mir Ibrahim Ibrahimov, Sadyk Urinbaev, Enver Mustafaev, Rustem Shihbadinov, Reshat Paralamov, Selim Teifukov, Mansur Ablyamitov, Eskender Memetov, Dilyaver Memetov, Reshat Emiruseinov, Lenur Ibrahimov, Alimkhan Abitov, Amethan Umerov, Gafur Mingafarov were detained.

They were taken to the Central Police Department of Simferopol. Presumably, the detainees are charged with violating the high alert regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

In total, about a hundred people gathered at the court.

“Of course, this is an act on the part of the secret services to force people not to attend politically motivated trials. They were detained exactly when the court granted the petition of the defense and the defendants for the admission of listeners, ”the social movement notes.

October 12 On the evening of October 11, in front of the building of the third department of the police "Central", where there were 15 people detained earlier, five more were detained - Umer Memetov, Bilyal Ibragimov, Seit-Nafe Muratov, Khamza Urinbaev, Memet Lyumanov. The detainees were kept in the OP for about 14 hours. Protocols were drawn up against Dilyaver Memetov and Reshat Paralamov under the article on the simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place in violation of “sanitary” standards (part 1 of article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Sadyk Urinbaev, Enver Mustafaev, Reshat Emiruseinov, Gafur Mingafarov and Rustem Shikhbadinov were charged with violating the high alert regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Then everyone, except for Dilyaver Memetov and Reshat Paralamov, was released. Memetov and Paralamov were placed in a temporary detention center.

16:08 The Central District Court of Simferopol fined Dilyaver Memetov and Rustem Shikhbadinov 20 thousand rubles, Reshat Paralamov, Enver Mustafaev, Gafur Mingafarov, Sadyk Urinbaev - 10 thousand rubles each, Rustem Emiruseinov - 5 thousand rubles. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity".

Since then, until the verdict, they were in custody. On November 3, 2020, they were sentenced to 12 to 17 years in prison on charges of involvement in a terrorist organization.
