The activist is being taken to police station No. 78 of the Central district of the city. A lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Podolsky came to help him.

14:20 Volkov was released from the police department. A protocol was drawn up against him under the article on violation of the rules of the “high alert” regime (part 2 of article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg).
