Kievsky District Court of Simferopol imposed fines on Crimean Tatars Arsen Akhtemov and Rize Reshetov . This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity movement.
Both men were found guilty under the article on violation of the high alert regime (part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) during a rally near the FSB building, which took place in early September. Akhtemov was fined 15 thousand rubles, Reshetov - 7 thousand rubles.
According to Akhtemov, there were few people at the gathering in support of the Crimean Tatars, everyone wore masks and observed social distance. He himself was already leaving the event when the riot police caught up with him and rudely detained him, knocking him to the ground. “They twisted it, I even left traces - hematomas, there were scratches. When they shot me down, I flew another five meters, rolled on my elbows, ”recalls the man.
- In connection with searches in the homes of several Crimean Tatar families, on September 4, a people's gathering was held in Simferopol, more than 40 people were detained . According to Crimean Solidarity, the police drew up 56 protocols under the article on violation of the high alert regime (part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and 2 - under the article on disobedience to law enforcement officers (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) - on father and brother of one of the missing: Eskender and Arsen Akhtemov. They were given administrative arrests for 10 and 15 days.
- On the night of September 3-4, searches were carried out in Simferopol at 32-year-old Asan Akhtemov and Eldar Odamanov, as well as in the village of Pervomaisky - at 26-year-old Aziz Akhtemov and Nariman Dzhelal, the former deputy head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people, and in Evpatoria - at 42- summer Shevket Useinov. They were all detained.
