The programmer Sergey, who handed over the secret video archive of the Federal Penitentiary Service with the torture of convicts to the human rights project Gulagu.net, left Russia and arrived in France. There he plans to apply for political asylum. This is reported by Gulagu.net in a telegram.

The project alleges that Sergei worked for five years without pay at the Regional Tuberculosis Hospital No. 1 (OTB-1) in Saratov.
