Well-known blogger and interviewer Yuri Dudya was fined 100,000 rubles for promoting drugs on the Internet. The case is related to an interview with Ukrainian blogger Ivangai and rapper Morgenstern.

The Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow found Dudya guilty of drug propaganda in two interviews on YouTube and fined him 100,000 rubles. Administrative penalty under Part 1.1 of Art. 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (propaganda of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances using the Internet), the court decision can be appealed in an appeal. The “Dudya case”, like that of Morgenstern, is connected with a complaint from the Safe Internet League, which is headed by Ekaterina Mizulina, the daughter of Senator Elena Mizulina. Mizulina, Jr. pointed out that "big bloggers" are obliged to treat content responsibly, since their main audience is children. She did not rule out the initiation of a criminal case against Dudya under Art. 230 of the Criminal Code (“Declination to the consumption of narcotic drugs”, up to 5 years), but this did not happen.
Now the Vdud YouTube channel, run by Yuri Dud, has more than 9.5 million subscribers. An interview with Ivangay was released on the channel on March 18, it gained more than 21 million views. Dud published an interview with Morgenstern on November 3, 2020, he already has more than 28 million views. Dud, in all issues where the topic of prohibited substances is touched upon, discusses this separately and inserts with the words “Narcotics are evil . Don't use them! ".
