
In Yekaterinburg, Kirill Imashev, who announced the protest hunger strike, was hospitalized, and after that they returned to the special receiver. The incident is reported in one of the telegram channels of the activists of the party “Another Russia E.V. Limonov”.
According to the authors of the channel, the condition of Imashev sharply worsened and was hospitalized to obtain tests and medical examination. After that, the activist was returned back to the special receiver, he continued the hunger strike in protest against the “arrest carousels”. He has been holding a hunger strike for the ninth day.
Imashev is one of the activists of the Party “Another Russia E.V. Limonov”, who are now serving repeated administrative arrests in cases of demonstration of prohibited symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Together with him, Sergey Demidov, Evgeny Nekrasov and Stepan Yurchenko are kept with him - they announced it on October 11 and 12.
All activists were arrested for various reasons. For the first time they were detained the day after the action against falsifications in the election, September 26. After several hours, in the police department, everyone except Imashev was released. At Imashev, on the other hand, they drew up a protocol under an article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The next day he was arrested for 15 days.
Demidova, Yurchenko, Nekrasov was again detained on September 27, when they came to the court of the court to support Imashev at the meeting. They spent the night at the police, and on the morning of September 28 they were taken to court, where they were also arrested for 15 days under the article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
For the second time, Imashev was detained on October 11 at the exit of the special reception, where he was drawn up for a demonstration of prohibited symbols. On the same day, National Basils were appointed the next 15 days of arrest. Demidova, Yurchenko and Nekrasov was detained on October 12 a few hours before leaving the special receiver. Activists were repeatedly arrested for 15 days under an article on the demonstration of prohibited symbols, the punishment of which they have already left.
On October 22, the Sverdlovsk Regional Court examined the National Basic Bolts' appeals against repeated arrests. The court upheld all decisions.
