The Architectural Bureau "The needles" and Ivan Kozhin presented what the territory of the river yacht club would look like if public space appeared there. The yachtsmen published sketches of the project on VKontakte.

According to the project, a new building of the physical education and administrative complex is being built in the front harbor. There are landscaped the slopes of the embankments and organize pedestrian walking routes on them.

In the field in front of the club building, a children's and sports grounds are installed, a pool with locker rooms is opened, and a fruit garden and a landscape park with pavilions are broken.

The project suggests that new places of yacht parking are appearing in the Lesser Neva. The southern embankment build the lower level connecting pontoons to the shore. The area that is now used to store boats is blocked by a canopy. According to architects, in the summer, under it it would be possible to arrange exhibitions and conduct lectures.
