The Zyuzinsky Court of Moscow received an administrative protocol against rapper Eldzhey (real name Alexey Uzenyuk) for promoting drugs on the Internet. This was reported to TASS by the court's press service.
The report was drawn up under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. The maximum penalty under this article for citizens is a fine of 30 thousand roubles, the court explained. The date of the hearing on the case has not yet been set.
It is not specified why the protocol was drawn up against the rapper. The Safe Internet League told the agency that in June the organization contacted the police "in connection with the blatant propaganda of drugs in one of the video clips of the artist Eldzhey."
