The court ordered arrests of activists from Moscow who protested against the construction of an apart-hotel

The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow appointed activist Anastasia Borisyuk 10 days of administrative arrest. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov, who represented her interests in court.

Borisyuk was found guilty under the article on disobedience to the demand of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The girl was detained on October 26 - she was protesting against the construction of an apart-hotel on Sretenka. Together with other activists, Borisyuk was on the sidewalk when KAMAZ was removing soil from the construction site. The police regarded this as an obstruction to work and disobedience to the legitimate demands of a representative of the authorities.

The security forces took the activists to the Meshchansky police station, they were left with the police until the trial.

17:11 Activist Kirill Medvedev, who was detained along with Anastasia Borisyuk, was found guilty under the article on disobedience to police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). He was also given 10 days of arrest. In court, Medvedev was represented by Ekaterina Selezneva, a lawyer from OVD-Info.

18:00 Fyodor Neronov, who was also detained on October 26 near the apart-hotel, was also found guilty of disobeying the police and arrested for 10 days. He was defended by his lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov.

On October 28, Kirill Medvedev and Fyodor Neronov were taken to special detention center No. 1 of the Moscow police department, and Anastasia Borisyuk was taken to special detention center No. 2.

After considering the appeal, the Moscow City Court left the decision on the arrests of Kirill Medvedev, Anastasia Borisyuk and Fyodor Neronov unchanged. The interests of the activists were represented in court by OVD-Info defenders Sergei Telnov and Yekaterina Selezneva.
