Medical workers will enter the patient’s data to the base, and this will allow you to form a QR code on the “public services” confirming the fact of the disease. The QR codes themselves in the clinics do not give out, if the citizen does not have a confirmed entry on the “State Services” portal, then he needs to make an account to receive a QR code. ”

Olga is registered on the "State Services", but how to draw up documents? She turned to the clinic at the place of residence - on Vasilievsky Island. She was politely listened and ... refused. The clinic has no idea on the basis of which they should enter Olga's data to the register of the chosen ones - how to assign it to the epicemer retroactively, and without this number you can’t enter the register. The clinic requested explanations in the healthcare committee. The committee promised to prepare the corresponding letter, but did not prepare. “It was our good will-to ensure this category of the population with QR codes, at the federal level this issue is not settled,” the press service of the Healthcare Committee said.
