
In the village of Siberian Valley near Barnaul on October 31, the police detained Diana Zavarzina and a minor young man, photographed with posters about the poor quality of local drinking water. This was reported by the publication "Siberia. Realiy".
The detainees kept more than six hours in the police department. Both of all drawn up protocols on violation of the regime of increased readiness (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), and on Zavarzin there is also a protocol on the involvement of a minor in an “unauthorized” action (part 1.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
About 20 inhabitants of the village on October 31 were photographed with posts “SOS”, “We want clean water”, “Who will help us?”, “Tired of waiting” and others. The action is dedicated to the poor quality of drinking water, which is supplied with the village.
