In Moscow, on Red Square, Vladislav Kosyakov was detained, who was holding a one-man picket with a poster "Putin to resign." This was reported to OVD-Info by a friend of the activist.
The activist was taken to the Kitai-Gorod police department. A lawyer from OVD-Info Sergei Telnov went to help the detainee.
00:05 Kosyakov was released from the police department. Before that, a protocol was drawn up against him on violation of the rules for holding the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This was announced by a lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov.
On November 15, the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Vladislav Kosyakov 10 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). In court, Kosyakov was defended by Pavel Parshin, a lawyer from OVD-Info.
