The court arrested four suspects in an attack on a father and child in New Moscow

The Shcherbinsky Court of Moscow sent under arrest four defendants in a criminal case of a fight in the Novye Vatutinki microdistrict in New Moscow, Interfax reports.

The accused - 21-year-old Eljan Hasanov, 19-year-old Faramaz Hasanov, 18-year-old Araz Musaev and another underage young man - will stay in the pre-trial detention center until January 5, 2022.

All defendants were charged with attempted murder of two people and a minor by a group of persons by prior conspiracy. Initially, the case was investigated under an article on hooliganism, but against the backdrop of public outcry, the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin instructed to retrain him.

According to investigators, on November 4, four men on Novovatutinsky Prospekt attacked two local residents, one of whom was holding a young child, beat the victims and endangered the life and health of the child.

According to the lawyer, the suspects do not deny their participation in the fight, but do not admit guilt in the attempted murder.
