In Sochi, near the building of the city administration, the picket worker David Abgaryan was detained. The detainee himself reported this by the OVD-info.

According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 16.04.2012 N 301, the police are obliged to provide food for the detainees for a period of more than three hours.
