The protocol under the article on failure to fulfill the obligations imposed by the status of a “foreign agent” (part 1 of article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) was drawn up on Ponomarev on October 11. Roskomnadzor pointed to the absence of marking in 25 posts on Facebook and two on Instagram, as well as in 13 tweets.
